My pizza arrived 25 minutes late and the pizza was only "warm" not hot. I suspect it "sat" 15 or 20 minutes waiting on a delivery driver. On time, hot pizza would bring my rating up to "Strongly Agree".

I ordered pizza last night from Pizza Hut and unfortunately we had trouble with the DoorDash driver. I know Pizza Hut doesn’t usually use DoorDash, they have their own driver, but since one wasn’t available, they sent it through DoorDash. Long story short, after an hour of waiting, I come to find that the DoorDash driver got lost and through many phone calls back and forth (and a bit of a language barrier) trying to navigate him to my place, I gave up as he was miles away going in the wrong direction. So I never got my pizza. I called Pizza Hut and explained the whole situation and they were nothing but understanding and super apologetic. She offered to make me a fresh order that I could come pick up, and when I got there she gave me my order free of charge. Let it be known that I was happy to pay for the pizza I was getting, I just didn’t want to pay for the one that I didn’t get, but she said “no ma’am you’re all good, we are very sorry this happened” and was so sweet and so understanding and really went above and beyond to take care of me and the appreciation I have of that is out of this world. I highly recommend this place not only for their stellar pizza but also incredible customer service.
We have been to this neighborhood Pizza Hut 59 times with no problem. In this case, I thought someone forgot to put sauce on my cheese lovers pizza. I thought....hey...Mistakes happen. Then I checked the menu and figured out the difference between a ultimate cheese lovers pizza and a cheese pizza is. Yep. I’m a big dummy :). It was supposed to be like that. Pizza Hut got it right again. I’ll order right next time. ....update.....A little bit of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue sauce on it, and it was fixed right up.
I had the spicy veggie pizza and I highly recommend it. Just the right amount of spicy sauce and peppers balanced with a great stuffed crust.
Do yourself a favor and try the new spicy pizza.
Always great pizza. Have had some staffing challenges which resulted in reduced hours but never affected quality.
The manager at this pizza hut is AMAZING and so is the taste. I ordered the pizza online and when I came to pick it up their machines were not working so they didn't get my order but the manager himself told me he will make one in 10 min. Later when I returned I see that this was a different one he made and told him I had ordered something else. He with out hesitation asked me to wait another 10 min and gave me the one i finally ordered and a brownie for free.
I had offered to pay but he gave me the 2 pizzas and the brownie for free as and was sorry for the delay and the mess for the orders.
I was very impressed with their customer service, the pizzas tasted very good and I wanted to take time to give them a token of appreciation.
