We go here a lot due to it being the closest restaurant to our house. I love the food and the service. My only problem is the order. I don't understand why, but every single time we order shakes/blasts, they get our sizes wrong. I always order minis and there will always be one random small or medium rung up instead. Most of the time you have to say your order 2 or 3 times because it's wrong on the screen. I just don't understand how they can mess it up that often, but the food is great.
Fast service. Very polite waiter. It's been years since I've been to a Sonic so this was amazing.
Each time we've been here we have been taken care of fairly well. My only issue is that often times our order is slightly wrong, necessary condiments are missing, etc. Other than that customer service is pretty good and food comes at a fairly decent time frame compared to other Sonic's in our area.
Just went there for a couple of hot fudge Sundays with mom. The car hop girl was kind and efficient. Made a mess in mom's car, I guess I'll be cleaning that tomorrow.
I love Sonic's milkshakes and ice cream! They also have the best tater tots that I get called Extreme tots that are not on the menu but you need to order them and try them. If you love tots loaded with extras like ranch chili cheese jalapenos and onions.
Like using app so our food is ready when we get there. Great service...
