Yesterday was my birthday and I was trying it for the first time. The service was Great! and made even more special by Kirsten, she was wonderful and made sure that I will want to come back! She is truly an asset and I will make this one of my go to places from now on!

Ate here 6 times during my Model School conference. Cheapest price for lobster rolls I’ve ever seen ($15) fast service. Great deal compared to everything that’s around. All of the employees were very safe (wearing masks, gloves, and had dividers up), super polite, sincere, and friendly. They had gluten free buns too, so I could eat a lobster roll just like my friends were eating. You pay for what you get too; so you can get some /really/ tasty food here.

First time having lunch and I have to say, the staff are amazing and Barbara, the shift manager on at time was professional and so welcoming. The entire staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable upon entering. The food was great as well. I definitely will be going back again. Thanks all

Bar Harbor lobster roll served in the Connecticut style is the way to go. I've had dozens of rolls up in Maine and this place does it justice.

Great food but below average service. Nice enough today 9/10/2020 but the 3 person team was more interested in joking around with one another rather than helping us out. The guys pants was hanging off his waist, the young lady was texting, and they didn't remember the pickles in me and my colleagues

Love this place and almost everything on the menu. The pumpkin soup was a little too salty and not warm enough.

Visited on 11/28/2020. Loved the Connecticut Roll. Lobster and butter, heaven on a roll. Staff was friendly and practiced safety.. Will definitely go again.
