Best service and people. Also prefer this pizza over anything local.
The pizza is awesome and the staff is amazingly sweet!
Foods always good but it be nice if they would reign in their prices. Delivery fee plus a tip seems kinda pointless to get it delivered. I get the tip but seriously your stuff is already expensive. Every time I order 2 pizzas by the time everything is added up 50 bucks gone.
My only complaint is when you call to place an order you are directed to a call center and not the store directly. The lady at the call center didn't get my order 100% bit the staff at the store quickly corrected it and gave a discount for the troubles. I've always have a great experience here and feel welcomed. I do not recall any times I have had issues with the food. I will be going back again.
Excellent experience! Called at 6:30 pm on a Friday and my order arrived hot and fresh on time!!!! It was delicious! Wow we were so impressed! We wish we got plates and cups or napkins but we didn't and that's okay!

I love love love their papadia's... I have gotten (twice now) the build ur own.. I personally get grilled chicken with spinach and mushrooms.. and love it! Lately tho, in this trip, they now offer a parmesan crusted papadia.. so I did that.. and yummy! The employees were nice too. I only go there here n there bc I don't get out to palatka too often.. well, once a month usually.. but I choose diff things to eat while I'm out that way.. otherwise I'd eat papa John's more often. However.. my 8 y/o son hasn't had the chance to try it til the other day.. and he loved it too! So I promised we would get it when we can here n there while out in that area in the future lol. But overall.. was a good experience. I miss papa John's bc im from Miami Gardens (born n raised) and was used to having it back in the day but since I moved to central/north FL and esp in the spot we live.. papa John's is not right near us, which is why I don't get to go easily. But this location was good to us the couple times we have gotten to stop by. Will go again!
