Super cute cafe on La Plaza in PS. If there's a wait... it's worth it. Excellent breakfast and lunch spot. Friendly staff. The owners are very hands-on. The quiche is to die for and the crescents are light and buttery delicious.
My wife and I stopped for brunch by after reading reviews and found 5 stars isn't enough for this wonderful little gem. You will be astounded by the flavors and aromas. This is a must stop place for anyone - telling all our friends.
Excellent service and delicious food. Will recommend to anyone. Everything is fresh and tasty 😋 it is our new found favorite place. 👌🏼
Okay, so I had every intention of giving a lower starred review because it took a significant amount of time to get our meals. However, after the first bite, I realized that in today’s fast food, right now culture, we have lost what it truly means to enjoy a meal. This breakfast was by far the most authentic and tasty meal I have ever had. The owner is delightful and you instantly feel that this is everything to her. It truly shows in the experience.
Great food. The homemade syrup for the French toast was so good! Eggs Benedict on a fresh croissant was also a great choice. The patio seating was lovely. Glad we got there early to beat the crowd.
We asked the Concierge about a good breakfast place they suggested here. At first we thought it was way too small but we sat at the counter a total of 4. Glad we decided to stay. Everyone was super nice. Great customer service. There was actually a line up upside that's how busy they get. I had egg Benedict. My friends had 3 different breakfast sandwiches. Everything was delicious. By the way you have to try the jelly. Not sure if it's homemade or not I forgot to ask because I really want to purchase some.
This place is perfect. Everything I was looking for, great coffee and a amazing breakfast followed by a chocolate croissant. The owner and staff was extremely nice. I'll be stopping in every time I'm in Palm Springs.
Love this Little Parisian cafe on the cobblestones of Palm Springs. Charlotte, the owner is both charming and efficient. We love the ham and cheese baguette and baked French fries with garlic aioli...just like being back on the Champs Elysees. The cappuccinos are delicious too!
Was in Palm Springs for a couple of days ate here day 1 for breakfast was so good went back 4 more days. If I’m ever back I know where I’m eating. Thank you for the delicious food!
Delicious food and wonderful service! Went yesterday for a late lunch and am so glad we found it. Their baguettes are magnifique!
The Eggs Benedict was a culinary delight. The real deal too! The deliberate attention to details make this place memorable and somewhere I'll come back to again, like that pretty fruit salad on the side. Très bon!
Fantastic food and service, as always. We love this place! A bit of Paris in Palm Springs.
Fresh from the oven. Quiche was fluffy and savory. Macaroon with their chocolate sauce was the perfect pair with the quiche.

We loved this little place! Fabulous food and great service! So French!!
I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I had the Salmon Quiche. It was fluffy and so light. I recommend it. My husband had the Croissant Benedict. We sat outside and it was lovely.
How do you say PERFECTION in French? This little breakfast spot has the best food! We are so happy we stumbled upon it.
I am not one to order French toast at restaurants, it’s usually boring and tasteless. However it sounded amazing on the menu and sure enough it was!!! It was homemade with quality ingredients, homemade bread, full of taste, topped with homemade caramel sauce and whipped cream. Yum! The fruit was fresh and full of flavor! I ordered scrambled eggs on the side and they were delicious. I also ordered a caramel latte which was excellent.
The owner, a former employee of the past owners, is a very kind and humble person. He typically works behind the coffee bar, making the coffees and selling pastries. He interacted with us and other customers. Our server was a young man who had excellent customer service. He frequently checked in on us and educated us on the history of this restaurant.
My girlfriend and I loved our food so much we came back on our second and final morning of our trip to Palm Springs. Both the owner and server both remembered us from the day before which was nice. We both enjoyed our previous days meal that we ordered the same items a second time.
If anyone is looking for a good cause restaurant, or authentic French inspired food, or just a nice quiet breakfast spot, this is the place. I will always return to this restaurant. If I could award more than 5 stars I would.
We absolutely love the place, we had just arrived to Palm Springs, then to la plaza area were L’Atelier is located and it was the first restaurant my eyes came on! Friendly and welcoming staff were there and had a Lovely breakfast; Esther platter, toasted baguette with butter & jam of course house coffee ☕️ 😉was a great choice to begin the vacation with an Outdoor breakfast early morning and for sure I would come back here again!
Lovely little cafe. Atmosphere was great and plenty of shopping around. Authentic French cuisine too. My wife and I got the sample platter and lemme tell you, it was delicious. Also the best scrambled eggs I've ever had(10/10) The apple cake was moist and yummy (9/10). We also got the blueberry tart and it was pretty good (8/10). Really good prices too. We'll definitely be coming back!
I had the mixed platter and it was amazing. Eggs, salad, French toast, prosciutto and apple cake. Great breakfast. Friendly, fast service. Very reasonably priced.
I wanted quiche for my birthday and wanted to try a new restaurant. It was my first time. A cute cafe with a nice French vibe. My server was very friendly and welcoming. I tried the Salmon quiche combo with chocolate mouse for dessert. They both were delicious. The quiche was light and fluffy. I am coming back again. I really like this place.
Came here for a late brunch on my first trip to Palm Springs. I absolutely loved this place, great food and awesome service. Waiter had high energy and was very helpful. Small location with limited outdoor seating. For drinks I had vanilla double espresso latte, my wife had salted caramel latte and my daughter had a hot chocolate. I ordered the croissant Benedict and my wife and daughter shared the crepes with creme sauce. The croissant was extremely soft and crispy and the Hollandaise sauce was not too lemony like some places can be. The ham was very savory. I would highly recommend this place if you love breakfast food. Will definitely come again on next visit to Palm springs
Loved this place, chef is also the owner which shows in their food. We had the esther platter and veggie omelette with coffee. Platter is must have and everything on it is perfect. Highly recommended for anyone coming to palm springs.
Hidden gem of palm springs! Great food great service. Friends I took with me said best french toast they ever had.
this lovely restaurant was absolutely the best breakfast i’ve ever had in palm springs! Everything was incredibly delicious. we ordered the Ham Croissant, Brie Omelet, french toast (caramel sauce one was SO good, it was soft and buttery and perfectly sweet) Literally every dish was so delicious we even came back the next day again!! wow and the service is phenomenal! coffee delicious, everything was so good. Sun roasted tomatoes on the salad was *chefs kiss* delicious.
this has definitely become my favorite breakfast spot in palm springs & I’ve been coming here for years. will definitely be our regular spot from now on!!
Coffee (I had a cappuccino one day, an iced coffee the next) is on point. Today I got the salmon quiche and it is amazing! Texture is so creamy, and the crust delicious! Server was super friendly and helpful. I had the mango eclair - the choux is perfect and the filling is so crisp and refreshing.
I can not express how amazing of an experience I had. I’m from Chicago and wish I could come here at least once a week. I haven’t had such great customer service in a while. Our server made our experience. Then we got our food and just topped it off! If I can give this place 10 stars I would. You can tell the owner CARES, he was busting his butt off the entire time we were there.
Thank you for the client experience!
This has been our 3rd time at this small French style restaurant. This time it was on Friday after thanksgiving and there was a line waiting to be seated and one waiter dealing with everyone. And yet, it was great! No stress, no pressure, whatever we asked for, and most was not even in the menu, we got! The croissant salmon Benedict was delicious and we enjoyed every minute in this quaint little cafe!
Excellent food and service. Secret menu: baguette with salmon lax is outstanding. Finish up with mocha is unmatched.
We sat outside in the Palm Springs fresh air, and Stephen was the most attentive waiter, bringing us delicious quiches (spinach & salmon!) and salads. Chef Frank Rozet came out to meet our large group & we could not have had a lovelier time! Excellent quality of food and service.
This is one of the best quality and totally value places in PS. Had the charcuterie plate. Top notch and huge. Great French rose in the Provençal system. Perfect espresso. Carlos, Jose, Frank, Natalie were friendly, efficient and wonderful.

My daughter and I were so happy to have found this cute spot in Palm Springs- L’Atelier Cafe was delicious, they had speedy, friendly and attentive service.
The gentlemen behind the counter very warmly greeted us and directed us to our table; we ordered very shortly after. We had the hot chocolate and double shot macchiato with oat milk - it was a perfect choice!
We also had Nutella French toast and prosciutto and mozzarella panini - again not disappointed. The French toast with fruit was delicious, with no syrup necessary, the fruit was fresh and a great variety.
The Prosciutto panini had a delicious amount of melted mozzarella with tomatoes and balsamic glaze and a salad on the side to balance it.
Overall it was a great breakfast, just what we were looking for. We will definitely be back when visiting Palm Springs again!

Oh la la! First time we stop here for coffee and croissant. It was delicious. So we come back in a week for brunch. Love this place.
Chocolate almond croissant is amazing. Try it for sure.
Wonderful food, the atmosphere was steeped in French culture. I had the croque madame and an espresso for breakfast. Absolutely incredible!
The best espresso I've ever consumed. I highly recommend this place if you're ever in Palm Springs.
