Perfection. Romanesco salad was a real treat. Octopus carpaccio was full of flavor and was also unexpected. The pork cheek fries are the ultimate comfort food. The cod and duck plates were beautifully prepared. Haley recommended the best Pinot Noir to accompany the main courses and do not skip dessert. The mixologist kept the most unique cocktails coming. I'll go back again and again. I can't believe it's taken this long.

We had a wonderful evening at Workshop. The food and service was on point. The atmosphere is cool and exciting. We sat at the communal table and loved the interaction with other guests. Yes it is loud, but it just adds to the energy. Thank you for a great evening. Definitely try the housemade limoncello.

Fantastic service, incredible cocktails, and wow factor plates. Not easily impressed New Yorkers have to admit again, California produce and free range proteins are vastly better than east coast... when combined with fresh ingredients, and inventive delicious food, it's also great value

Finally made our way down and had a fabulous dinner last night in the dining room at Workshop. This place lives up to all the hype and then some. The team take their craft extremely seriously and know how to show you a fantastic time. Logan was a complete gem at the table. The food was sensational - the burger, the duck breast, the cauliflower and the perfect bread service were all stars. Will be back again and again!

We participated in restaurant week and had 3 course serving. Flavors in the food are amazing. We had delicious nonalcoholic cocktails and wine. Nice wine list. Atmosphere is courtyard with little lights, a few trees and gardens with heaters for cool nights. They also have tables inside. Our waiter was very attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

Service was questionable at first, but then improved. Loved the deconstructed mushroom starter. For main - picked the special of the night - the sea bass, which could have used a bit more smoke infused into it and a bit more salt. Extremely juicy though which was great. Dessert was like a fig galette and could have been more nuanced, caramelized, and textured for this level of restaurant. And the Americano I ordered on the saide was $8! A bit steep I thought, but tasty.

This was a very enjoyable restaurant and I highly recommend it. The food was excellent. My table ordered most of the appetizers on the menu and shared them. They were all excellent. For my entrée I had the pork chop, the glaze on it was delicious and it was cooked perfectly.

Definitely an experience to remember. The ambience and vibe of the restaurant was unforgettable. The food divine. It's not just a meal you'll find, it's an awesome unforgettable experience in local cuisine done right.

Love the atmosphere and style of Workshop. Long concrete slabs for tables. We prefer to seat inside as came here in June when the temp was almost 100F. The patio is a better option if you come later during the day or the year. Nice food, quite trendy LA crowd.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Workshop Kitchen & Bar in Palm Springs, and it was a delightful surprise arranged by my wonderful girlfriend. We visited on a Thursday in the evening, and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The restaurant's ambiance was captivating, with its industrial, minimalist, and rustic decor. The low lighting added to the cozy yet luxurious feel, and the booths cast from concrete were visually striking. The service at Workshop was top-notch. Our server was attentive, friendly, and well-informed about the menu. He took the time to explain each dish we inquired about and helped us make choices that suited our preferences. Throughout the evening, he checked on us multiple times, ensuring our glasses were always full and ensuring our satisfaction. Although the menu offered a limited selection, Workshop provided a variety of options for all dietary preferences. We opted for small plates to sample and share. We indulged in the shaved Brussels Sprouts, Ricotta Gnocchi, and Oyster Mushrooms. Each dish was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. Among the selections, the Oyster Mushrooms stood out as our favorite. It was evident that the culinary expertise at Workshop was deserving of its Michelin star recognition. To complement our meal, we ordered the French 75 and the Saturn cocktails. Both drinks were expertly crafted and perfectly balanced, enhancing the overall dining experience. Our favorite was the Saturn however. To end our meal on a sweet note, we shared the Market House Crostata with strawberry ice cream. The dessert was a perfect size for sharing and the combination of the warm crostata with the refreshing strawberry ice cream was simply delightful but it made us wonder if it could taste even better with a more muted ice cream flavor to really appreciate the peach. Nevertheless, it provided a satisfying conclusion to our dining experience. The overall experience was elevated by the exceptional service and the luxurious yet inviting atmosphere. The combination of industrial elements and cozy ambiance created a visually appealing space that enhanced our dining pleasure. While we had a reservation and did not experience a wait, locating the main entrance door within the shopping center plaza was a bit confusing. However, the restaurant does have signs outside to assist with finding the entrance. In terms of portion sizes and pricing, we found that three appetizers were satisfying for two people. The total cost came to approximately $120, which we deemed reasonable considering the quality and taste of the dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday dinner at Workshop Kitchen & Bar and would eagerly return to explore more of their menu. The small plates provided a chance to sample a variety of flavors, and the impeccable service further enhanced the overall experience. I cannot thank my girlfriend enough for finding this gem!

Hands down, the best meal we had in Palm Springs. While the dessert was fine, the entrees and appetizers were delicious. I am still dreaming about the Scarlet Runner Beans. I would be happy if that was the dish I ate every day forever. We got the champagne flight to go with our meal and it was great. If you are in Palm Springs, make a reservation and eat here. You won't regret it!

GO HERE. That said, this was a recommendation from the gals at Bootlegger Tiki. We walked a couple blocks, went through the courtyard, and right on in. We did not have a reservation and first got the, "Ooooo, Hmmmm," but then were offered table height stool seating in the center of the restaurant which was great with is. The food was FANTASTIC! We both had the porkchop dinner and then shared the OH MY awesome strawberry lemon sorbet. Just a wonderful fine dining experience. We will be back!

One of the best restaurants that we have visited in Palm Springs so far! We sat on their patio area for dinner, and enjoyed the relaxed and unhurried atmosphere, as well as the prompt and very friendly service. Their menu has many choices for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. We had the oyster mushroom and the beet salad appetizers, and both were excellent. For dinner, we both had the salmon that was very well prepared with a crispy skin. The food presentation was excellent. I was happy with their extensive wine list, also. It is a little more expensive than some other local restaurants, but worth the price. It’s a popular place, so be sure to make reservations. We will definitely return here again sometime.
