I came here because I read a bad review elsewhere which the owner responded to beautifully to someone who was in the wrong restaurant for their circumstances. Quality takes time sometimes. I was looking for a slow atmosphere great fresh made food from scratch. If you are too this is your place. Met the owner to and he is extremely friendly and courteous. Super helpful and recommended an amazing linguini which I pictured above. Warning I did eat a few of the clams and mussels before the pic it was loaded with those suckers. Food is amazing and the staff is as courteous as the owner. A great relaxing atmosphere where I could sit down and finish my work for the day. Thanks! And i hope you enjoy.

They had me at the bread basket. Their bread was perfect, and they had a delicious herb and pepper bread that was out of this world. I knew if this was any indication of the rest of the night, I was in for a culinary delight. The caprese salad was the best I’ve had in my life. Never has mozzarella been so moist and been in perfect proportion to the tomatoes. The real test was the gnocchi. Typically gnocchi isn’t quite consistent all the way through, with the inside being a little chewy. This gnocchi was handmade and cooked to perfection. It melts in your mouth and is bathed in a savory Gorgonzola sauce with prosciutto di Parma. And it was all so light, I didn’t feel heavy at the end. I haven’t had gnocchi this good since Italy. Of course when they asked about desert, we couldn’t stop this culinary train. The tiramisu was unlike any other, almost like a mousse. The lemon cake is unique and flavorful. Beyond the food, the owner and his wife are very hospitable and friendly. He takes pride in his restaurant, and it shows in the food, the service, and the whole experience. I can say for certain that we’ll be coming again and again. Thank you The Palm Springs Show for the recommendation!

This new restaurant in an old familiar spot is simply fantastic! The remodel alone is a must see, but the food is incredible. We sampled the Eggplant goat cheese appetizer (?), the Fettuccine Bolognese and the most authentic Pizza, reminiscent of our visits to Italy. Considering the fact that they have only been opened for 1 week, I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt about a few kinks that I'm confident they will work out. Hopefully the beer & wine list will improve (our waiter did mention it was their "limited list" for that day). This restaurant deserves a 5 for their thoughtful, broad, bonafide menu. If you love original Italian food, you must give Venezia a try!

This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The pasta is authentic Italian and the service is very special. Had a great time at dinner here tonight and had linguine and clams. It was absolutely incredible and the Caprese salad is truly a work of art to look at and incredible to taste. The pizza is here are very authentic and the best in Palm Springs. Simply fantastic food! My BF and I shared the arugula salad and he had the vegetarian pizza while I had the ravioli. We topped it off with the tiramisu and an affogato for dessert. It was a Saturday night so there was a gentlemen singing Frank Sinatra-esque and that was a very nice touch. The owner was smiling and chatting with all of the customers and on top of everything - helping one table select their entrees, pouring our wine when he walked by and saw our glasses were low, helping out in the kitchen station, hugging two ladies who were return patrons. It made for a very nice atmosphere. But the food!! I studied abroad in Italy in 1997 and this brought me back to that time. The flavor profiles, the simplicity and quality of the ingredients, the freshness, how they were cooked to perfection - made it all truly Italian. Even the table bread was fantastic, along with the olive oil spice blend. This meal inspired me to start cooking more authentic Italian meals at home for my kids again - it’s time they experience freshly made ravioli and bolognese sauce! Another plus: it was not crowded, so no wait while all the other highly rated Italian restaurants had 2+ hour waits. It’s not too far of a drive in North Palm Springs with easy, ample parking just out the front door. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it!!

Just went last night and the food was fantastic!! Chicken Parmesan was beautifully done - tender with the right amount of crisp for the breading. Just perfect. Their red sauce is flavorful, pasta done just right. Honestly the best chicken parm I have had in years. (And we spend a lot of time in NYC) My husband had a taste and also agreed. He ordered a pizza and loved it. Perfectly done crust and taste from their oven. Top notch. Friendly service. Everyone was happy to be out and back in the swing of things. If you want great Italian, and a casual and authentic ambiance with real pros taking care of you - this is the spot. Highly recommend.

1st time here. Excellent lasagna with homemade pasta and sauce plus a pretty good pizza too. Really friendly staff...along with the owner and his wife making the rounds to all the tables. Made us really feel welcome. This place is on our list to go again.

Best pizza in the US, thin crust and light. If you are Italian it tastes like home. Impeccable and quick service too.
