Let me count the ways I love this place! Everything is always so fresh and delicious. The French toast is absolutely THE best ever! You need to try this place! The sandwich he’s are also amazing. Yum!
I love Sophia's Cafe! I have met there for brunch several times and for breakfast on a couple of times as well. I love the gluten free options on the menu. I also love the prompt service. The coffee is very tasty and the atmosphere is unique. I definitely recommend Sophia's Cafe to anyone looking for a reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast or lunch.
I love this place. Very reasonably priced. The food is awesome. Be prepared to be packing a box of goodies to go. So many awesome goodies and the meals!!! If you think you can save room for desert don't bet on it...you will have to take it with you for later.
I’m thinking the gyro special is the best I’ve ever had. I’m betting best in the state.

Had lunch here today- amazing! Absolutely will be returning to sample more of their food. They were also accommodating to my special food needs.
We ate here today and the food was so good! The atmosphere was very welcoming and very accommodating of our rowdy group of toddlers. Something that's very hard to find these days. We'll be back!

Great food and awesome service are what have brought me to Sophia’s two mornings in a row.
A big “Thank you” to Ms. Autumn for suggesting I come back today for some cinnamon rolls. I showed up this morning just in time for hot, sweet, sticky, gooey cinnamon rolls just out of the oven.
“You were right - I was not disappointed.”
Well what a beautiful Christmas Eve lunch these people just put on for the 9 of us with our elderly mother who resides in kingia Bentley. The food was a three course ,tasty ,value for money Christmas lunch.
Thank you so much for all your efforts and all with the trimmings if Christmas . Shortbread , bon bons and flowers on the table ,!

My almond milk latte is always perfect! It is a very welcoming place and I love the service!
My boyfriend and I both had a gyro, grape leaves, and clam chowder . The gyro was not the best ive had. It was a little light on the meat compared to other places I've had one, but tasty. The grapes leaves, however, were awesome and are the best I've ever had - the leaves were very tender and not tough and stringy like some I've had in the past. The clam chowder side was very good. Coffee and baclava made a fine end to the meal. We will definitely be back to try other items. It's a nice cute little cafe.

My family and I love this place. We used a groupon for our first visit, and kept ordering! It's such a wonderful treat for us all! They have a mandarin salad that is to die for, and their bread is DELISH! Nom nom!
This place is an amazing little gem of a cafe. The food is great, the service is better, and the decor is admirable.
I wouldn't stop in without stuffing your gullet with one of their gyros. Amazing.
Undiscovered little nook. It's hard to miss the sign on the Palmer Wasilla Highway, but it's easy to miss the place. Squirreled away on the second story of a building, Sophias Kafe Neo has a sparse interior that completely belies the excellence of it's Mediterranean themed food and extremely friendly service. Coupled with the deck, and a sunny day, this is a sure fire winner.
I cannot recommend this place enough! This is one of the few places when I am in the Palmer area where I will make a deliberate effort to stop in and eat! Everything about this place is amazing! The latte I had, was top-notch! They also had quite of few non-dairy and sugar-free options to boot. Now the baked goods. That cinnamon roll was hands down the best one I've had since I've been in Alaska. And that frosting they had was great. Keep in mind you have to ask for it though. But, it's well worth it! Now for the sandwich and soup. My God, that buffalo chicken sandwich was stunning! The bread they make in-house is nothing short of heavenly as well. The soup was just a nice way to polish off the whole experience. 10 / 10 can't wait to go here again!
Super clean restaurant and bakery! Delicious baked goods, salads and sandwiches! The antipasto plate is a favorite with a homemade bread loaf. This place is a must!

We showed up on a Sunday and were disappointed to find it closed (evidently it’s run by a church group) but came back a different day. This is the real deal for Greek food. Everything was made from scratch and delicious! In a place like Alaska it can be difficult to find authentic ethnic food, so this small, off the beaten path cafe was a delightful discovery.
The decor is enjoyable, with paintings (for sale) by local artists and mural type accents. We especially liked that the kitchen is open and fully viewable from part of the dining area and the counter, so you can observe the preparation and cleanliness.
The servers were all teen girls, friendly and efficient but somewhat inexperienced. They apologized for mistakes, but we had to ask twice for things, and errors were made with food ordered and items on the check. It’s really a small grievance, given the amazing food. And, it’s a cafe, not fine dining!
Prices are reasonable, not cheap, but par for Alaska. Would be nice if they were open Sunday (brunch would be awesome), offered beer and wine, and maybe a few more choices on the menu, but certainly not a huge disappointment. We definitely felt it was a good value given the quality and serving sizes of the food. (You could spend nearly as much at a fast food place for utter garbage.) Will definitely be back!
What a great Greek restaurant! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! Other than food trucks it's hard to find Greek food in the valley, but this place is a fabulous lunch or breakfast go-to for sure. I will definitely be coming back for more.

This would be a wonderful place for meetings to study or just to read a book ♡♡ Or maybe a coffee date ♡♡ It was actually bigger inside then i thought definitely a hidden gem it was beautiful as well as charming honestly i was pleasantly supprised!! The food was amazeing service was incredible fast and friendlyi felt very welcomed which means alot to me ♡♡ and prices were fare definitely reccomend!!i will be returning for sure ♡♡♡
