The is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Be prepared to wait, though. We waited an hour for three orders. Worth the wait!

This was a great experience! One of my daughters has a tree nut allergy but the staff was SO accommodating and completely cleaned one of the stations so that she could also enjoy a hand-rolled ice cream!!! We made sure to go during a time that was not as busy so it wasn't such a hassle for them. Definitely recommend. Great customer service.

Excellent service, great staff, and an overall amazing atmosphere. If you ever find yourself on the Panama City Beach waterfront this is a must visit!
Haven't been there yet, but I have known the owner for years. If it is anything like any of his other adventures, it will be excellent. After looking at a couple of live videos, it looks delicious. He has always been an over achiever:-)
We visited twice while we were on vacation last week. The shop is super nice & clean. We love that you can watch them make your ice cream. You get so much for the price you pay. I HIGHLY recommend Mr.Puffs!!! The workers & owner are SUPER friendly!

Absolutely love this place ! I cannot go to Panama City beach Florida without stopping at this place every single time . So cute laid back and very nice employees. The ice cream is amazing! It’s my most favorite place for ice cream in the whole entire universe 🩷 highly recommend this place to everyone ! My kids beg to go here and never stop talking about how cool this place is and how much they love it there and throw ice cream. They love watching the ice cream be made in front of them. Very cute place! Stopped by this ice cream shop after visiting the arcade and go-carts down the street. It was quite busy but that only means it’s good! Cute idea with the sticky notes on the wall! Although we didn’t get to leave any lol. We got 3 different flavors. Here’s our take on them:
Buttered Pecan - loved the flavor and the bits of pecans on each bite. Added whipped cream on top.
Plain Coffee - this was okay. Not as tasty as other coffee ice creams I’ve had.
Mango - this was the best one of the 3! Too bad it wasn’t mine to finish lol great flavor and amount of mango pieces mixed in.
Will revisit!

Such a fun place for ice cream! Everything is made fresh right in front of you and there is plenty of indoor seating to get out of the heat while you enjoy it!

The ladies were working hard rolling ice cream. Very nice, polite and friendly workers. Great atmosphere and the ice cream was delicious. Great job ladies! Y’all should get a raise.

Lots of ice cream in that cup! Staff is super nice and efficient with rolling all the ice cream out as crowds came in. Lots of flavors to choose from and some pretty creative combos. It's fun to watch how they make the ice cream! The post its on the wall add a nice touch as you wait and eat your ice cream. Vanilla flavor as a base for the rolls is a little bland tasting but I loved the strawberry based one!
First things first, the parking here is tiny and limited! Once you figure out how to physically get here you will be rewarded with some delicious ice cream made by smiling faces.
Some of us got scooped ice cream and the rest got rolled ice cream (recommended). Trying a few bites from our order left no bad reviews from the kids. I personally enjoyed the Domino and Butter Pecan orders. Highly recommended!
Kids loved this place. was memorizing watching them roll the ice cream. tons of flavors and options. A must for a good little treat. it is a small ice cream shop and gets busy but they are pretty quick and worth the wait. must try. Pizza restaurant next door is great as well.

Great stop in PCB! Don’t be fooled by the long lines, they move through the line very quickly. All the staff were super friendly and it was fun to watch them make the ice cream. They also have scoops if you don’t want the rolled stuff.
First time eating rolled ice cream and Lorde This stuff is Great!
Wait wasn't too bad either considering they were packed! We were in/out within 10-15 min.
