Small but quaint restaurant to order a proper cup of tea(or a pot of tea)! Lots of fun, great menu selection, the Cornish pasties are fantastic with brown gravy, next time I'll try the Shepherds Pie! Many tea varieties and food choices as well as traditional tea/lunch or tea/snacks combinations and of course, desserts! The Apple Dapple Delight is delicious! After lunch, my friend and I marveled at the collection of tea pots, tea sets, etc and even took a photo with the Queen. Can't wait to go back!
Super posh and Ace of a place. Im gobsmacked about how Very accommodating, very athetic, and reasonably priced they are. Willing to work with you and hard might I add, for events and my daughter just had the most wonderful birthday tea party here, im mean just the bees knees! Staff is ALWAYS friendly, pleasant, very serivce oriented, and ready to please. Fun and different experience, great place to learn more about the English culture and proper etiquette. FINALLY Some interesting, educational and just a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere to be in. The food is BESPOKE, DELICIOUS, ATHETIC, and you'll never have to worry about a soggy bottom on your pastries here!!! And don't even get me started on the baking goods and delicate heaven sent pastries that's are the real deal, and very artisan. They even have a punch card system for frequent visitors for perks!! They have a little play/dress up place for the children, and also well made and hard to find teas, pastries, and tea time accessories that's are reasonably priced and waiting to come home with you! I couldn't be more chuffed with all of my experiences here or that this is even avaible in our town. Absoulty Brilliant <3
This was a really nice experience. We truly enjoyed the tea and food. My daughters, a couple friends and I reserved a table for Sunday. Warm and comforting atmosphere. After our meal, we tried on the dress-up hats and jewelry and my children had a mini tea party with the toy tea set. Will return again, soon!
Very nice place with lovely service! Made a reservation by email for a small party on a Sunday but there was a couple that walked in and still got served too. This place is NOT fast food so plan on being there an hour+ for "the works". It's definitely worth the time and money.
A beautiful little tea shop nestled in the heart of Harrison Avenue, they are beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly, they have daily specials and have a mostly British cuisine.
The changes throughout the years have taken a toll on my fondness for coming here, the menu is very expensive for what little food they offer and the royal tea may not be shared amongst patrons.
They do have events every now and then, they are having a special for St. Patrick's day as well as a Harry Potter themed event, all in all they still get high marks from me and will always have a special place in my heart.
Willows is a wonderful place to feel welcomed and special. Linda, the owner, is so kind and takes time to share fun and interesting stories about England. The food is always delicious and presented beautifully. Linda suggested Yorkshire Gold tea to me and it’s now my favorite, you really need to go to Willows for lunch or tea!
Great tea shop. Food here is authentic and delicious. I lived in England for years and my wife is English, we were so happy to find this shop in town. They also sell food to take home for the freezer so you can have your favorites at the holidays. Highly reccomend the Ploughmans lunch with black tea. We definitely will be back many more times.
So sad to see this place destroyed after the hurricane. I hope something similar comes back to the area.
My wife and I just happened upon this place while walking downtown on vacation. We had a fabulous time and all the food and tea was superb. Especially the Peach Infused tea. We each had the Monarch High Tea package. I highly recommend this Tea Room and plan on going back when we are back in town to visit.
Had my daughters birthday here, it was GREAT!!! The girls had to much fun!I
They'll teachyou how to have a real afternoon tea. Popular spot for bridal showers and baby showers.
We had such a nice time. Ms Linda was as sweet as can be. The Dutches high tea was lovely. It was fun to dress up and wear our personized hats. Afterwards we took photos with the queen lol.
My friends and I love Willows...the food is amazing and the atmosphere too. They even sell pasties (pastry/hand pie filled with meat, veggies, and gravy) just like my mom used to make!!
It's the only local place serving a true English tea. Lunch menu is simple, but tea (food & tea) menu is wonderful. Treat yourself. Do not be in a hurry, it's meant to last a while. This is not a grab and run lunch place.
My husband and I had a wonderful time sharing lunch with dear friends, Vibhaa and Annah. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal. Thank you, Willows!!
It’s very cute here and the tea/food is great. My only issue was the time it took to get our food was a tad longer than expected (30 min)
