I’m giving this 5 star to one worker in particular- service was good but extremely slow. Mariah went above and beyond to assist me with the BK app and my order. It is only because of her I will be returning. Definitely an asset employee.
I walked into a welcoming environment. Good moral orientated people working. Clean restaurant. Food on point. Music on point. Daryl, Loretta, and Des are employees that every business should strive to have. Doesn’t feel like you’re walking into a typical BK; feels like 5-star restaurant. The employees and restaurant destroy the surrounding competition. A++ recommendation. Will be back.
BK fries are delicious! I really like their fish sandwich too. I’m not a big burger eater but I like the fresh produce BK uses on their sandwiches. Soft drinks by themselves are pretty pricey in my opinion.
Best chicken nuggets, I also get them for treats for my dogs. Love their original chicken sandwich.
I've been to this Burger King many times with quick service. But tonight it took 20 minutes to get my meal and the soda machine was out of regular Coke and Dr Pepper.
The blonde girl working deserve a raise she doing 3 jobs and still killed it! Phenomenal service!
My only qualm was they didn't have spicy chicken fingers. The front counter service was exceptional, the food was definitely good, speed was better than acceptable and the place was clean and stocked. I really can't ask for more.
If you've been to the one on 3rd St don't carry that experience over to this location. Whole different ball game here.
Cleanest burger king in bay county! You walk-in and it just smells clean. The ladies at the front counter are SO nice! They don’t overload the mayo on their burgers. 5 stars
I don’t go to the other burger kings in town because either the food is cold or the service is horrible. But I gave this one a try and the food was hot, fresh and the customer service was great! Thank you guys!
