Kudos to this team, this is what customer service is about. An online order gone astray and they were quick to fix it. THIS is what customer service is, this is what we need to get back to. From the panic in my voice to the calm in theirs and quick hey we got you no problem we can fix it. Kudos.
Love the 799 deal they have on a large one topping. That's why I stopped by. The drive through is oh so convenient. Love using it. They had the pizza hot and fresh. No waiting at all

The service and food is always perfect. Except for the night before it took a little longer than usual also it was a Friday night and when I received our pizzas the crust was burnt. I called the next day and talk to Adam. Very professional and he repeatedly apologize about the pizzas and offered to have them remade and delivered free of charge but it would be over a hour wait due to shortage on employees. Understandable. After a two hour wait. I decided to call back to see how the order was coming along. He repeatedly apologized that my pizzas had not been delivered and had me to stay online so that he could assure me that it was placed in and offered to accommodate me with a 2 liter soda for the delay and that it would arrive shortly. I could understand being short of workers. Dominos really goes above and beyond. Adam was so apologetic about the delay. He personally delivered my order and still continued to apologize. I just wanna Thank you Adam for going over and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. Thank you for such dedicated service!!
We ordered our pizza and they gave us a 30 minute cooking time(longer than we expected) however the Pizza was delicious. We asked for Parmesan cheese and red pepper, they told us it would be a dollar each?!! We were not happy about the charge but really wanted the cheese and pepper so we paid for them and thank God we did because they gave us the cutest, small shakers that are worth the dollar charge.
8-6-21 Misunderstanding was made on my order and it was taken care of quickly, the Pacific veggie and meat lovers half and half turned out awesome.
12-6-21 now my wife and I can say we know this Dominos on Tyndall Parkway is the best, we ordered Pacific veggie and this time she ordered meatzza and they both came out perfect, the delivery driver was ahead of the time and she was very polite, sorry about not getting her name. And to all the other places this is a pacific veggie PIZZA .
2-11-22 ordered again and my wife and I are very pleased again with my PACIFIC VEGGIE PIZZA and her MEATZZA ,but this time we even ordered dessert. Lol. Baked apple and cinnamon twist. WOW you talking about a great combination of flavors. The cinnamon and sugar are sweet but not too much, and the apple dip makes it just perfect.
Joeseh was very helpful, joeseh needs a raise or something because his voice is very nice, and I felt comfortable asking him questions about my pizza. He's a very good listener. I hope one day they can make pizzas in my house.
I have ordered from this domino's pizza for about 8 years and I have always enjoyed the service and food. They have some great online deals, they have always delivered promptly through fair and foul weather and the pizza and food has always been good. They have made mistakes on very few of my orders and are always quick to return and correct their mistakes. One of the best domino's pizza I have ordered from.
Next to Papa John’s this is the best place for fresh dough. Pizzas, great food, lots of specials, smiling faces when they deliver.
Great server the pizza was fresh and hot and they fixed just the way we wanted.
My first time ordering from this location (we just moved from Nashville) I was having issues with my app and I called the store and not only was Adam super patient and helped explain the app issue but he also took our order over the phone and gave me a discount for the inconvenience… super nice and helpful! Fantastic first experience with this store ! We will order again!
The Dominoes pizza in Callaway is awesome, have yet to get a badly cooked pizza and the service is always cordial and respectful!
