My husband and I go often! It's a wonderful meal, even for a vegetarian! Took my son today and he ate all of everything on the buffet twice!😀 The people are polite and wonderful service. Whenever the Naan bread was brought out, he always brought a hot piece to everyone's table! Great pricing on a filling meal!!

I am shocked of the people who left bad reviews! ... These are people who do not understand and appreciate the quality of Indian / middle eastern food! ... This place by far is the best ! No they do not have a server to service your needs. It's a get your own plate type of place. Which I love ! If I could rate this place ten stars I would. .. love the tandoori chicken and tikka masala chicken. It's all fabulous food that is authentic and made fresh daily! ... Best place ever me and my boyfriend eat her regularly!

Obviously the below people have issues with their taste buds. The food was mouth watering , even though the ambience isn't the best . I believe that the the reason people come to restaurants is for good food! Definitely going to be coming back for more . The only con I would say is that the price of the biroyani was a little too high but the taste was amazing that I disregarded that at the end .

The inside of this place is not much to look at. It is very simple and humble decor. But the inside looks do not speak for the food. This was, by far, the BEST authentic middle eastern food we have ever had. We tried numerous appetizers so we could get a variety of the food offered, and all of the food was wonderful. Also, the grocery store within the restaurant was nice to browse.

I have been here before and after the remodel of the building and it is much nicer now. The food, however, is great and has always been so.I have had authentic Pakistani home-made cuisine and this restaurant delivers the same quality consistently. I have been here several times with local Pakistanis, and they agree about the quality of food. If it passes the test of the Pakistani/Indian community, I believe that says a lot. The owner will give you recommendations based on the time of day. Their hours are incorrect on Google, I believe those should be updated. They close at 3pm but reopen back at 5pm and close at 10pm. Despite the other reviews, I would highly recommend trying this place. Also, it is 100% zabiha, for those who do eat zabiha only.

I've eaten here once. Had everything on the buffet. The food was delicious though seemingly calmed down on flavor, presumably to cater to most people. Price was fair. Closest to real Indian/Pakistani food I've seen anywhere around here. Sure, if you are expecting the place to look like Republique in LA you are going to be disappointed. Of course they don't serve Risotto for $125 a plate either. They could sell this stuff out of the back of a box truck and I'd still order.

Coming from larger cities, (San Antonio, Colorado Springs, Denver, Austin) what a joy it was to find this restaurant. The big flavors are in every dish even on the buffet selections. There's not a bunch of international cuisine in this part of Florida and I was almost put off by the negative reviews. But if you enjoy middle Eastern flavors, the Saffron restaurant is the place to go!

This is a nice little place to just pick up a quick lunch their Buffet is has been expanded and the food that's on it is always good the decor and the place itself is a little bit lacking slightly run down but the food is always good. Come here for dinner if you want a really good meal or just order off the menu.

This restaurant is fantastic!! Food is made fresh and it is delicious. Went there for the first time with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive. They also have a mini grocery store where u can buy the same ingredients they use to cook! Do not pay attention to the negative reviews. This is a great find! Support your local PC businesses.

We are from Gainsville, and every time we are in town, we always visit Saffron! It is authentic Halal Pakistani Food. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. It may seem not the most lavish, but its a family restaurant. We love the garlic naan and biryani. And the chicken is to die for! They are closed on Mondays, so make sure to enjoy them other days of the week!

I read many bad reviews of this place and didn't understand why! Manager is very professional and I guess he doesn't like chatting with people that much!.. lol..Anyway, for me, food was the priority and I got that :p If you are bored with burgers and fried chicken you can definitely visit this place for some daal(yellow lentil) and rice :)

Tried this restaurant while in town for World Sword Swallower's Day at Ripley's in Panama City Beach. Decided to be adventuresome and find an Indian restaurant. Even though this was Pakistani and across the bridge in Panama City, I decided to give it a try anyway. I was not disappointed! Initial impression was that the decor was a bit plain and lackluster - looked like it might have been an old western restaurant and was not decorated like some other Indian restaurants I had visited. But Mohammed our server was sweet and cordial, and the Pakistani / North Indian food was absolutely delicious! The Tandoori chicken was the BEST I have ever had with lots of flavor and cilantro, (and I am constantly sampling Tandoori chicken in India and all over the world!) The Bhindi okra was SO delicious, the Aloo Palak (potato and spinach) was incredible, the garlic naan was light, fresh hot and fluffy and delicious. Had mango lassi to drink and it was absolutely incredible! I would highly recommend all of these to anyone! My kudos to the chef! And they have a nice little international grocery store where you can buy your own ingredients. Have been enjoying the generous helpings for leftovers the past two days, and my mouth is still watering just thinking about it! Absolutely loved the food and will definitely be back again!

The staff was very friendly and service was fast. More on the expensive side of Indian food I have purchased. Chicken palak was very good, as well as samosa and mango lassi. My husband didn't love the chicken tikka masala.

Come for the buffet, way more choices. Plenty of vegetarian options as well as meat for the carnivores. They had 10 options including briyani rice, tikki masala, daal, okra, vegetable pakora, as well as two delicious desserts; kheer (rice pudding) & golub jamin (donut balls in syrup). Would definitely recommend and will come back. Thank you. The buffet is everyday lunch hours. Closed monday. Was told the put out more food fri- sun for same price $9.99
