This is not exactly a gourmet meal, but the consistency is fantastic. The food is always great, but due to the shortage of personnel everything else is sliding. I’ve always been a fan and always will be, but there needs to be more emphasis on the quality of service from, the employees.
I gave it a third chance,as my friend wanted to eat lunch here today.
Jackie,the new manager was FANTASTIC. She accommodated my gluten allergy,and was very apologetic about my previous experiences there.

Chipotle always hits no matter which location i goto. This location is clean and the staff is friendly and ready to help. The food is hot and ready as usual and taste wonderful. I got a half steak half chicken bowl with tortilla and guac on the side. The Watermelon Limeade is Torch 🔥. Like my post if it helped you out in any way and enjoy your chipotle if you decide to go by one day
My first visit to Chipotle last night on 23rd. St. 3/13/23. I’m rating as 5 because the young people working there were very helpful, polite and hardworking. The place was busy and they ran out of shredded cheese. Only online customers got the cheese. We ordered the chicken and beef bowls and 2 beef tacos. The cubed beef was over spiced for my taste. I think it may have had too much cumin. The chicken, brown rice and guacamole were very good. I like that you can build your own bowl.
Whoever is working the 11am shift today, y'all are doing it right!! Our food was fresh, order accurate, friendly service & everything was such good quality! We weren't missing items, the order was packed with care. Previously, this hasn't been the case and so we've been a little apprehensive to order Chipotle. THANKFUL for the team working today- great job!
