Solid BBQ. Ribs were tender, pulled pork had great flavor, sausage is killer. Pulled pork burrito has an excellent green Chile sauce. Baked beans have molasses in it which is awesome. Chicken fried steaks are frozen, but still came out great. Shoulda tried dessert. Definitely worth the wait.
We stopped in at 9:30pm and they sat us immediately and took our order. The food was incredible! We highly recommend the BBQ Beef plate and the BBQ combo. The fresh rolls are amazing as well. Great service and atmosphere. Honestly, 5/5!
Great place! I really like the food obviously… I recommend coming here for dinner but they have lunch sandwiches and breakfast pancakes. Got here right on time around 8 and had a small view of the sunset. And the servers are extremely friendly, it was funny because some of the waitresses went to the
Passing through town & stopped for dinner. Delicious BBQ! We had pulled pork with baked beans & sweet potato fries (these were not the usual frozen & fried ones. I do believe these were made fresh with a very light coating that was slightly sweet with a touch of cinnamon). Meal was served with wonde
This is a busy restaurant filled with tourists. A nice place with a smokehouse theme. Food was plentiful with good portions. I ordered the pulled pork BBQ sandwich and coleslaw, my wife had a BLT with fries. Good selection of beer, local beer from Moab was my choice. Service was quick and frien
Was in town for the National Parks and decided to give Cowboy's a try for dinner. What a great decision. Place is popping, so expect to wait about 20 minutes. Stephanie was our server and she was super nice! We ordered the beef plate (tri tip) w/salad and fries, and the pulled pork plate w/baked pot
I'm always up for a restaurant with cowboy in the name. This place was a nice stop passing through. Baked beans were awesome. I got the copped beef sandwich. Pieces that fell out i juat added to the beans. I only wish I passed through at dinner time for the dinner menu, looks like my kind of grub.
Giving this spot 5 stars, mostly for service and selling beer.
We had a group of 6 that stopped by right before the dinner rush. Our server Stephanie was very kind and helpful.
Food was good too. Don’t expect anything to knock your socks off, instead you’ll be satiated after a long day of explorin
