I love this place. The food is always fresh and hot. The crew is amazing and goes the extra mile to make your experience relaxing.
I had the prime rib for the first time and it was great! Moist and flavorful with a strong horseradish sauce that was a perfect match.
Friendly staff who were happy to serve us close to closing (thank you!). Clean and your average old Boston Market favorites. Even offered to us to take home a pot pie versus tossing it at the end of the day. Food waste drives me nuts, so I appreciated the offer. Husband was happy to take it for lunch the next day.
Food is great BUT the young girl that works there, the one with long hair and tattoos on her arm ignores customers and is on her phone every single time that I go there. I was standing there waiting for someone to take my order. Two women were cooking, hard at work and this young girl was standing there on her phone and then walked right by me and into the back and totally ignored me and the 3 others customers standing there waiting to be served.
One of the best Boston Markets around. Food is fresh and tasty. Service is really good or average depending on the staff. Lots of seats.

I got the half white chicken and two sides. Mixed vegetables and cream spinach.
Very happy with this place.
However getting in and out of the parking lot is tricky.
Always very pleasant staff. When your day is not the best and you see and feel the staff treat you nice, this changes the day. The food is another thing but the staff gives a positive energy. We live close to the one in hackensack but will drive to paramus! Great job everyone
