Better than going to Starbucks. Not open as many hours. Good coffee and superior/fast service. They persistently remember the way I like my Frappuccino. Attentive to their customers. Often an intimate atmosphere.
My 83 yr-old father likes a small coffee and a kolache. (He's not alone about the kolaches.) I also enjoy their poppy seed muffins. Good place for a snack! Their WiFi/Internet is consistently strong, so here is another place I go to watch my favorite Netflix.
Paris Coffee Company makes my favorite Mexican Mocha. I have tried other mocha coffees in many other places, but this is the best. Also, the staff is friendly and there is a great atmosphere.

I spent most of the morning here yesterday!! Love the atmosphere and the ladies working were so sweet. Nothing better than a great cup of coffee. Hands down the best chicken salad on croissant I've ever had and that strawberry green tea was heaven. I can't wait to use the amazing coffee mugs I bought. Thanks so much ladies, y'all made my day great.

They were so nice, professional and super patient. It was my first time in there and I didn't know what I wanted but they helped me make a great decision. They are better than Starbucks which is saying something. Next time I'm in Paris I will definitely be in for their awesome treats and wonderful coffee. They had variety of beautiful yummy danishes, fruit cup, kolaches and so many other things to choose from in addition to coffee. I loved the vibe and lay out. They were very welcoming. I love how they had sleeves or coverings for the plastic ware to easily slide off when you're ready for them. I would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone traveling to Paris, Texas.
I love Paris coffee company. I go there quite often to get there hot spiced apple cider or Mexican mocha. The line is always long so I park and go in. It's clean and pretty inside. I got the wrong order one time and they told me to come back and they would give it to me again which I did and they apologized.
Good strong Carmel macchiato! Already stirred. Already stirred is why they got the five stars! It’s pretty when not mixed, but mine came out mixed! I just got to drink up! Recommend them all day everyday.

Stopped in and got a Breva decaf latte. WOW! It was delicious. Staff was super friendly and this place was PACKED. Worth the wait. Great tasting smooth delicious coffee! Loved the eco cups.
