Super fresh and unique flavors are the first things that I want to relay. Next, there salsa selection is second to none—SO many delicious options. Also, free chips and salsa with each order! My pics are not great—I should have shown the salsa bar. Regardless, my plan is to try everything on their menu because after 5 different orders, I’m excited since each dish has been flavorful and filling. Even the fish taco plate, for me, these dishes tend to leave me hungry—but not here! My wife loves the chicken plate—it is topped with a unique sauce that’s like a Mexican version of honey mustard.
Ambiance is simple and inviting. Tables were always clean and staff was super friendly (TIP THEM!).
They have a daily special and the prices were much lower than what was advertised online.
Very sweet staff, food was delicious and tasted very fresh. Salsa bar was outstanding, they have at least 10-12 different varieties. Very good!
Queso was delicious, guac was good. Tacos were as followed, #1- carnitas, #2 - asada, #3- pastor. Carnitas were good enough for me to just come back and order all three tacos just carnitas. The salsa bar as advertised was delicious, the combos of bites you can create. Plus the heat levels...worth a visit when in park city.
The food was fantastic, the staff was kind and prompt. Tacos are served with onions and cilantro or lettuce and cheese. They have a salsa bar with a variety of different sauces and a heat range from mild to wow! They have several beers to choose from and they are kept nice and cold. This place is definitely worth a try if you are in the area.
Thanks to a rain storm, I found this place. I was on a motorcycle ride through the mountains when the thunder clouds began to roll in. I found shelter from the rain under an overhang in a strip mall and decided it was time to eat. AMAZING AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD!! Their salsa bar is excellent and has the best mango salsa I’ve ever had. Very well priced and many great options.
This place is one of the best Mexican places that I've been in Utah. It's a little small so expect low seating options on weekends but the food is always so amazing and the wait is never that long even when they are busy. Everything is very authentic and I especially love the salsa bar and the selection of different flavors
Love, love, LOVE coming here every time I am here in Park City! Fantastic food and fun, casual, atmosphere.
This place was good, it's sorta like Cafe Rio meets La Luna/La Frontera type of place. If I lived near here I would return again. But I wouldn't come from Salt Lake just to go to here. They had a delightful bar for salsa!
A super good, clean "hole in the wall." Simply decorated, basic tables and chairs, order at the counter and food is delivered to you. Huge spread of different kinds of salsas for you to try. Staff is friendly and helpful, food is freshly prepared and not greasy. Definitely a place to bring the family!
Interesting hot spicy salsa bar. 16 orders in front of us when we got here. 35 minute wait at 2:46 on a Sunday. People were walking out because of the wait.
Ordered chicken enchiladas Mole with Rice and beans. Shrimp Tostadas. The flavor is good. But not consistent with the same order last time.
Small portions. They forgot half my order
Fast and easy stop. Went with traditional carne Assad tacos and they were amazing. Bigger than I expected, so I should have only got two. Friendly smiley and helpful staffing.
We ate outside and that was nice, but plenty of seating inside.
We had a great lunch today at El Chubasco! The burritos were excellent. We tried both the Shredded beef and the carne asada. My daughter had enchiladas and my son tried the steak quesadilla. We loved the variety of salsas too. Highly recommend!
We got the chicken tacos, fish tacos, and chicken quesadilla! And of course, we tried the famous salsa bar! The food was great and the chicken was cooked well. The only thing that could have made it better is that the quesadilla was missing some salt. A hidden gem in Park City- we will definitely come back!
Love this place! I've only been here a few times over the years but the food and the salsa bar and the cool atmosphere keep me coming back. The only downside was the chicken in the tacos I had was dry and kinda bland. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place!
The salsa bar is great. You really need to split meals. The burrito is enough for two people easily. Unless you're going to take some home, then go for full portions baby.
