Third time I've come here and third time the drive thru has been closed. It's 1:45pm. It's not busy at all. You have to literally call before you come every single time. My issue would definitely be with the workers though. They lack attention to detail. Forgetting drinks, not putting something in the order, or listening to directions.

This place is dirty, tables, seats, floor, bathroom. Makes me wonder how the kitchen is. Would not recommend this location. Management needs to be present or fired. I wonder why the owner is not concerned about this. Do they ever stop in here and see for themselves.
I always have a great experience at this Panera Bread location! Food is delicious & service is fast, friendly, and accurate! I recommend the strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken, it's my favorite menu item and the ingredients are always fresh! Best salad around!
