It brings me great pleasure to have experienced and wonderful establishment like saltgrass in Pasadena. Not only was the food perfect but the waitress was super hard core into her job and got a fat tip from me. You don't see that often anymore. Food was excellent had the 10 oz steak and shrimp with baked potato and side salad. Well, worth the price. Try the frozen crown and coke while you're down there,won't disappoint.
Plenty of parking once you get there. I always recommend making a reservation. Service is great but the timing of your drinks and food can take awhile. Their steaks are decent. Their hamburgers with brisket is my favorite . Along side with their queso and brisket appetizer.
Their drinks are not strong at all. You can have a few drinks and still be able to function.
For dessert, I get their carrot cake. The icing is Rich. Depending on how long they keep it, sometimes the breading can be stale
We ordered a Gulf Coast Steak and Shrimp. The steak was delicious. I ordered it well done and I like they always make it perfect in this place.
We also got a medium cooked steak. It was a little too rare. But it tasted good.
The Salad is very good and tge ranch dressing is creamy and tasty.
The service was excellent. The waitress was very attentive and friendly.
Place is beautiful didn't have to make line was seated quickly. Staff very friendly and food very good but their steaks definitely out of this world delicious. First time coming here and definitely not last so we got a rewards card. The decorations are amazing very nice place and definitely recommend.
Everything was excellent. Service not so good. Caleb could of did better. He was just slow when we asked for things. Bread, refills, sauce, add-ons etc. I will try it again. It does beat the Texas road house & the bread was really hard . Not sure why
Great atmosphere and excellent food. I gave the 4 stars on service because it was the waiters 2nd day. He was still learning and tried to make sure we had what we needed.

The food at this location is always pretty good. The manager waited on us. Outside of that, we had no server. They were busy and this was during the transition i guess. Food was good. Service was shaky.
We ordered the fried pickles, and queso fresco for appetizers and they were DELICIOUS. We all ordered off the lunch menu, chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, the kabobs, macaroni and cheese, loaded baked potatoes. All of it was amazing. I was impressed because normally when we order out at steakhouses it's not that great. But here it was delicious.

I love steak and could probably have it on a daily. One of our product providers always schedules us to meet here for dinner meetings and it just became our place to go to after that. We've even made it a thing to go during work lunch on Fridays to this location and it never disappoints! I'm able to stick to my eating habits and the quality and flavor of food is always consistent. Their staff is very friendly as well and are super attentive.
Great food! But it was a bit noisy do to another patron with there child screaming for half an hour having a temper tantrum and not doing anything to remedy the situation. I think it would be great if they practiced a upcharge fee for screaming children. Just an opinion nothing serious though.
My last experience wasn't so good due to my shrimp and steak tasting burnt and no flavor on my food whatsoever. I decided to give them another try, and it was not disappointing at all. This time, I ordered the cheese burger with an extra patty and extra slice of cheese with fries. 😋 I'm a happy camper now. I'll go again in the future. Second chances are definitely worth it in the restaurant business 👌🏽 🙌
Great food and service. Fair prices. Busy place and we would have liked a little quieter, less bustling atmosphere. But all in all, it was a very good dining experience.
Love this place. Great service and the best steaks around. Also a wonderful variety of alcoholic beverages offered. Try to have the family come here at least once a month.
Varied menu for lunch options. Quick seating despite lunch rush. Service was helpful even with a large party. The chicken fried steak with green beans made for a delicious lunch. Green beans were an unexpected delight, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The white gravy for the chicken fried steak was an excellent accompaniment.
Great steak, baked potato, and rattler appetizer. Helpful, timely service.
