Great food, great people, great atmosphere. About a thousand foot walk from the truck stop so perfect for us truckers. There's even a small space for truckers to park.
Good BBQ for those on the go . Good pork ribs, the brisket was a bit dry but it was still good. Awesome sausage . The green beans were delicious and the sweet potatoes were lip smacking good.
Great little place!!! Great husband and wife team!!! Really Really good food! Homemade fries and the meat was perfect!!! Do yourself a favor and stop by this place is PERFECT!!!! Absolutely love everything about it!!!! Can't say enough!!!

As a trucker that comes into Houston every week this little restaurant deserves the biggest praise. So you walk in and it is kinda like school grab your tray, the gentleman will ask you what you would like and trust me it is all mouth watering. He will make you smile and laugh while he is preparing the meats that again are beyond amazing. Then we get to the lady that will get you your sides ( DO THE BAKED POTATO), this lady is as equally going to make you smile and her humor is as warm as her smile. I have had the pleasure of eating here several times and again OMG I might leave the Houston area with a tear in my eye if I didn’t get a chance to stop in here. There is nothing at all but the highest praise for both the staff and the food.

1st time going there I got the sausage and brisket a pound of each and a chopped beef sandwich the food was cut quickly and the. Brisket was very lean and everything was tender and tasted good. The place is something I will return to. I just wish barbecue hadn't gotten so expensive I would eat more.
I'm a trucker and we like good food and that fits the bill when ever I get close enough dinner time

Small local BBQ joint, like most places like this in Texas and the South it's fresh, homemade and damn good. I had chicken, ribs and brisket tater salad and beans great stuff, fair price and the young man running the place really made me feel welcome.
Small family business but big BBQ taste a must try if your in the area and looking for some good ol bbq

Amazing sauce!!! Every bite was so tender, definitely try the sausage and pulled pork. I can't wait to put this sauce on everything when I get home!
Don’t hesitate to give them a try. The food tasted very good better than these big name places I’ve tried. Staff was very nice and welcoming!
I’ve loved this place since discovering it many years ago. As a trucker, I try to get there when I can usually at least a couple of times a year. The brisket is always tender, firm, and tasty, with no trace of fat. Today the brisket was very loose, and with a good bit of fat. It was so soft, you could probably just swallow it without chewing. Maybe some people like it this way, but I don’t. I’ll probably be back, but if it’s like that again, I’ll stop coming.
