My recent experience at Cici’s Pizza in Pasadena, TX, was truly exceptional, particularly due to the outstanding cleanliness and freshness of their offerings. The attention to hygiene was evident throughout, with tables meticulously prepared and the entire restaurant maintaining a pristine condition.
What stood out the most was the infectious enthusiasm of the employees. Their genuine happiness created a welcoming and positive atmosphere, enhancing the overall dining experience. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work, contributing to the restaurant’s inviting ambiance.
I must also applaud the cleaning lady for her exceptional attentiveness. She consistently ensured that every corner of the restaurant remained immaculate, reflecting a dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
One noteworthy aspect of the Cici’s Pizza experience was the manager’s proactive involvement. The manager was consistently visible, actively supporting the team and ensuring a seamless operation. This hands-on approach undoubtedly contributes to the positive work culture and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately I was not able to grab his name.
One of my favorite locations. The manager here is really a great guy. He greets. & thanks people and ask them if they need anything else . Like he speaks to he's guest. We love this location . He cleans and just makes everything right. He respects he's workers .
This place has been food and service than some Landry’s restaurants !!! The manager has the crew on point !! I watched him throw out any old pizza and made sure everything was clean fresh !!! The staff didn’t stand around they were always busy doing something !! The Best Cicis I’ve ever been to !! Highly recommended and restaurant was very clean!! If 6 stars was an option I would have chosen it !!
This is the only CiCis we come to because honestly it's the best one we've had. We have visited other locations, and they have just not been good. This location is clean. There's a female worker, an older lady who seems to ALWAYS be there and she is such a hard worker. She's constantly on the move, making sure all tables and floors are clean. The food and dessert was hot and coming out quickly (vs other locations we've visited where we've literally had to wait in line if we wanted to get dessert and only had like 4 pizza options available). The games section is upgraded. There is a card machine you load to play the games and there's several good options. They also have the regular old-school candy machines. The manager made sure as we were leaving that evening was good and greeted us out. Overall, it's a good experience every time we come.
Always busy. Always fresh hot pizza. The most continuous variety. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The bathrooms are clean. We pass other Cici's to visit this one!
Been coming here for years. No complaints manager has also been here for years pizza always fresh. Always rotated. Location is always clean
This location is pretty good about keeping pizza on the buffet, at least during our visit. They had common favorite toppings coming out constantly and the employees were keeping our table clear of old plates. The kids enjoyed the video games and we had fun.
This location is amazing!! We have been to the fuqua, gulfgate, pearland and santa fe locations and spencer always blows them all out of the water, every single time. The buffet is always PACKED with fresh from the oven pizzas. They have all different toppings, not just the same old boring ones. The staff is quick and friendly and the manager is super cool. He is always out in the trenches cleaning the bars, sweeping, refilling the drinks and asking customers if they need anything. They are just all around great! Definitely visit this location, you won't regret it.
Out of all locations of cici's this one caught my attention from the moment you enter the restaurant they greet you with a smile and they do all beyond to get your special orders fast, not to mention that you probably don't need to make a special order because they have great variety served already like you can see in the pictures and as soon as they see that one pizza is about to finish they are already have another ready for your convenience. The taste is fresh in everything. Love the soup and definitely will be back again. Congratulations on how well you run your business.👏🏻
This place is always packed, but I can understand why. For the price, the pizza is great and the manger is always on top of greeting people, keeping pizza out, and cleaning up. Great for a cheap, filling bite.
Earlier my husband and I decided to try this pizza place. Once we were at the buffet I noticed that the lettuce in the salad didn't look to fresh. The manager said I just put this in the container fresh. Then he said I'll throw it away and start fresh once again and he did to my amazement. His employees were all working well together and with a happy attitude. So to all who love pizza Please go to this particular CiCis because you'll be pleased with A plus service. Thank you Mr Manager.
The worker didn’t let me leave until i took a picture with her like we were partners at a law firm.

I stopped by to enjoy a buffet of pizza and salad. You can't beat the price right now Mon - Wed ($3.99) with digital coupon if you add a drink it's $6.47 that's a great deal! It will last until June, so hurry up and pig out! The owner is great and he runs a pretty tight ship too keep those hungry customers happy.
Located in shopping center next to FedEx and 7 Spice. It's great pizza for the kids! They make whatever you like at no extra charge! That's five stars alone!
I have gone to many Cicis pizza locations and I have to say that this location is by far the best I’ve been to.
Pizza is always fresh and hot and they always have a variety of pizzas. Salad bar is superb and it’s always nice and clean. Thank you Angela for making our lunch visit a great one 😊
One of the first cicis locations I have been to that keeps its bar full of pizza. No one is waiting on anything. Also this is one of the cleanest locations I have been to. This is a great location to bring the family.
Been here a few times. Idk if it was National pizza day yesterday friday 9/29/2023 but man was this place packed lol. I've never seen it like that before. That should tell you it's really good or everyone decided to eat out at cici that day haha.
