I'm so excited there is a Dunkin' here in Pasadena. I grew up in Chelmsford, MA, a small town of 30,000 that has two 24/7 Dunkin' Donuts, plus many more embedded in grocery stores and gas stations around town. I no longer have to drive 35 miles to Santa Clarita, or wait until my next trip home, to get my Dunkin' fix! The location is convenient to the South Lake Ave. shopping district, and the staff is friendly. Just make sure they make plenty of Boston Kreme donuts, as those fly off the shelf!

Just swung in here before an infertility procedure. I was met with the kindest personality from a man whom I assume is the owner. I was so thankful for his kindness so early in the morning. The breakfast sandwich was also awesome! Thank you!

Service is a little chaotic. Had to remind staff that we were waiting. But they were polite once they realized that had forgotten my order.

I like coming to this place for some donuts. They also sell hot food too. I had their bagel sausage sandwich and it tasted really good. The parking could be a problem but I usually have no problem finding a parking space on the street. Keep in mind the street parking is not free but it is not expensive at all.

The one I am writing about is the one at 275 S. Lake Avenue in Pasadena. Overall, I feel like Dunkin' everywhere has taken a big bite out of Starbucks. Their Perks Program offers easier ways to get free items and they have donuts that cost at least 50% less than those at Starbucks. Their espresso drinks are very good as are their expanding breakfast menu of sandwiches snd bowls. And the staff here seem more caring about their customers. Well, whatever they're doing, it works on me. I've pretty much stopped being a regular at Starbucks especially since they changed their perks program. This Dunkin on Lake has covered patio seating and no seating inside the actual store. I have been in here twice and both times the staff were super friendly and efficient. My food order was very good and a value compared to Starbucks food items. My espresso drink was very taste although it was a tad sweeter than Starbucks but not in a bad way. There is a lot of street parking as well as off street lots since this is right in the midst of the Lake Avenue shopping area. I love the covered patio here. Lots of comfortable seating and tables. Outdoor seating varies wildly at all the Dunkins. The first time I visited here I had my dog with me and he was more than welcome to sit in the patio too. If and when it gets chilly, there are overhead heaters to warm the patio up. The restroom was very clean and the store itself was very clean and well stocked. Overall, a great Dunkin experience!
