A fine drinking establishment. If you enjoy wet beer and decent music this a fantastic place.

I love this place. Beer prices are great, 2 bucks on Sunday. Great atmosphere, great food. Outside barbecue every Sunday.

Saw Rhoades and the Hired Guns. Great band. Brass Rail has good atmosphere and outdoor area done up like a beach.
Very good local bar. No food but do serve pizzas. A few tap beers, none craft. Lots of regulars and pool tables and sports on TV.
I officiated a wedding there in July, 2018. I found the staff to be professional, courteous and gracious. They worked hard to make the wedding enjoyable for all the guests. Lovely view of the bay. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.
I love the Brass Rail, It has a great friendly atmosphere, the barmaids are the best around. You have many regulars that come into the bar, ( daytime / nighttime ) some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Also a great place to play a game or two of pool with many tables so there is usually no wait to play. During the summer you cant miss out on the boat they have open outside on Sundays with either a band or Dj. The prices are reasonable and with the package goods there on site you can get what you need when you leave without making another stop. During the week on certain nights they bring in the best Djs in all of Pasadena. This is one bar you will not feel out of place going to as the staff and regulars make sure you feel at home!
I love the rail... Others on here complaining about cash only or its conditions or whatvever... The bar is what it is! My friends and neighbors all love the rail. The owners are awesome, Miss Edna and Ed along with Stacy the daughter/grand daughter.
Its not the cleanest or newest bar but it has character and has been there for 30 years.
