Love it, nice cozy atmosphere. Love that I can sit outside and enjoy a cold 🍻 beer after a long day. Definitely going to become a go to when I feel frazzled and need to unwind with a couple of my closest friends and family.
We love the Medusa! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about the drinks they have on tap. They have a large variety of beers from local and small breweries. The atmosphere is welcoming and the music is nice. They don't serve food, so we often grab some takeout and go enjoy our beers. Definitely recommend supporting this female/minority owned establishment.
Pretty cool little tap room. Went there to catch up with some family on a Saturday night and it wasn't crazy crowded or loud. Very chill place, super nice staff, great selection of beers, and even a tasty wine icee (icy?) option. I save my 5 stars for places I would go again, and if I lived closer I could easily see myself becoming a regular.
I was visiting from out of town and The Medusa made me feel right at home. I am making it a point to go out of my way to return when I visit Seattle! Unlike the Ancient Greek Myth, when you look the staff in the eyes they offer you the chance to get buzzed instead of stoned. Boom.
I Love the new look! I love the selection of ciders and beers. I love that you can take dogs here. I only wish there was a better outside area to enjoy the Tri-City sun, instead of parking lot view. But can’t have everything, right?! Great customer service!
Great beer (and cider) selections. Laidback and professional.
Huge selection of beers. Alao has several wines available. Friendly staff. Chill atmosphere
Best place in the area for largest selection of variety of beer. Ciders, IPA, Porters all delicious. Menu rotates.
Patio seating with comfortable couches, can have your dog on patio and get water for it at the bar.
Bartenders are always nice. Have not had a bad or even sub-par experience here.
Friendly staff, amazing selection of local beers in multiple sizes, and a great takeaway fridge.
I think this is what a beer bar should strive to be!
Brews is a fantastic place to get some beer and just hang out. The atmosphere and general attitude of the place is to make it your own experience. Sometimes, that can feel lazy, but Brews manages to be supportive rather than lacking. The biggest gripe is hear is that they don't do food, but you can take in whatever you want. So, as long as you don't find out the hard way, just show up with some tacos or a pizza and enjoy the fantastic, reasonably priced beer.
Such a laid back environment, with special occasions and events every week! A huge selection of beers, ciders, and wine on tap! They also usually have 2 non-alcoholic beverages available as well! They still card for the non alcoholic beverages. (Its a tap house, you should be 21 anyway). Perfect place to visit and hang out, or just cool down after a long day at work!
Love this place. Plenty of beer to choose from. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.
Awesome staff (Sarah & Billie are our favorites) and amazing beer selection! They have 30-35 beers on tap, plus wine and a fridge with to-go options. They also fill Growlers. No food other than popcorn & pretzels, but you can always bring in your own food & they have a food truck every Friday. You can get a Black Card that gives you bigger pours, discounts and early entry to events. This is my new neighborhood hang out for sure!
I don't normally like the IPA beers I like more of a light cleaner taste and they had that. The bartender helped me pick out which one I would probably like the most, and got to try it first. There was so many choices I'm sure there is something for everyone. My son, future daughter-in-law and I had a wonderful time.
It has a great selection of beers that you can taste before buying, just make sure you look closely at the prices. I thought I was buying a 6 dollar beer and actual bought a 15 dollar beer. The digital screens above the bar make it hard to line up the price with the beers. Still was an excellent beer just not 15 dollars worth. I would gladly go back by the way, I would just make sure of the price before I settled on a beer. :)
With rotating beer on tap and about 40 different taps, Brews is a great place to go with friends. Sit at the bar and talk up with the staff. They often hold special events for groups to socialize, as well as showcase special beers on tap. They don't serve food but you are more than welcome to bring something from home or take out to eat their with you.
Kind of like Cheers... The bartenders will probably learn your name if you go even relatively frequently. Consistently a solid collection of 40+ rotating taps from a variety of microbrewers. The occasional brewery specific takeovers and the world tour of beers along with barrel aged events are all welcome changes of pace and help to set Brews apart from other similar options. Popcorn and bar mix are also free but no other food options. They do however allow you to bring food with you which is a welcome addition. Any night besides trivia night the atmosphere is laid back and not too busy.
It's a nice little place with a large variety of brews. You can bring your own food and snacks and enjoy it with just about any variety of beers and they are helpful in helping you choose something if you aren't familiar with the variety. All that and enjoy watching your favorite sports team on TV.
Excellent beer choices. Very good beer. Service was top notch as well.
