Diner was clean, cashier was friendly and patient while I read through the menu. Food was delicious. Burger was hot and juicy. Toddler loved the plain cheeseburger and fries. We will most definitely return. But I found out there is a drive thru window if you need to grab and go.
This was me and my wife's first time here and I had the shroom burger and parmesan garlic fries and my wife had a bacon cheeseburger and regular fries and both of our burgers were delicious. The fries were good too. The picture below is my burger and fries. We will be back.
Enjoyed every bite! I can see myself stopping by in a near future so I can try something else in the menu. I really enjoyed my Grilled Chicken Sandwich so I donβt know if I will be able to order something else. Great location but a bit pricey.
Decent burgers, but what I really love about Jax, their sides! Or rather, the portion size. They give you a lot of tater tots/onion rings. Their shakes are absolutely 5 star worthy as well as the chicken tenders. For real, best fast food tenders I've had. Period.
Great burger joint! Double patty Jax classic was great. Love that they have jalapeΓ±o ketchup, which is always a plus. I also got the garlic Parmesan fries. That was prepared terribly for me. My boss got the same thing during our meal and hers was great. The issue with my fries is that the garlic butter was soaking the fries. Made the fries get soggy. I thought it was made that way, but didnβt look at my bossβs fries until after I finished mine π€·ββοΈ
Anyway, nice little spot. Would try again. Prices are pretty fair. Good little shopping center area. Good parking. Nice and clean bathroom!
A friend told me about this place and it is everything she said it would be. The burger was juicy and absolutely delicious. Couldn't eat the whole thing. Fries were good, and the shake took me back to the good old days when shakes were authentically scooped ice cream and milk!! Hadn't tasted one this good in years!! Overall, this is possibly THE BEST burger spot in Pearland!!
First time here. Ordered take-out. The patty melt burger, cajun fries, and the Kid's 2 piece chicken tender and fries w/ small drink. All the food was delicious and good portion size. The burger was much bigger than expected which is great. The order was ready fairly quickly. The cashier was great ( young man wearing a hat). I had my toddler with me. He recognized I had my hands full and went out of his way to bring me my food in the dining area and offered to get me lemonade from behind the counter ( lemonade was not available at the self serve drinks). Would definitely go back and recommend everyone to go.
What's not to love? My wife and I each had a burger that we enjoyed. I had the double meat classic, she had the Spicy Hickory Burger.

My burger was well cooked with fresh toppings. The bun was soft but sturdy enough to support the burger. It was delicious.

My wife remarked that the hickory sauce was spicy, and I scoffed that she was wimpy. However, it really was spicy... a real nice zing.

I loved their French fries. They were the fat fries that I particularly enjoy. Some of them had that crunchy exterior and pillowy interior that are the hallmark of perfect fries.

So I did a search in my area and this placed popped up.
So I decided to give this a try, initially I didn't think it was open??
The sign was not lite up "Open" and not much activity either....so I parked and went into the place. 2 customer's were there with another family waiting in line to order. I looked over the menu on the wall and decided to go with the classic cheeseburger π with bacon π₯ and avocado π₯ added. Plus cajun fries and a strawberry π shake π
Placed my order and then sat down, waiting for delivery of my goodies.

The Cheeseburger π was Huge and Juicy Delicious ππwith fresh toppings too. Large load of cajun fries with some spicy ketchup to mix into this plate!! ππ¨π«π₯
Somewhat lackadaisical way of serving you here, customer's having issues with soda dispensers spraying just water π§. I recommend to one lady that she should let them know about it and she did. The young girl π§ just yelled back "yayyy we know ,we ran out"?*??*

Then the lady told me, Jeez at least they should put a sign that it's out of order or service?? As she then walked to the other dispenser and had the same results?? Hmmmm* not very customer service friendly or oriented in my book*π
Other than this hiccup with malfunctioning or out of syrup scenario. The overall experience was not too shabby, although it seems like the staff is like alittle just bare minimum efforts & not really enthusiastic about their duties ~ I mean I'm NOT expecting "Ritz-Carlton" VIP service but just regular common courtesy and genuine engagement π π π π π π« π
They have a side drive-thru for easy ordering options & small outdoor seating too. Radio station playing overhead but none of the TV's were on?*?*
I've been to the location off 2234 and it just seems dirty. However, the burger was really good. But if it wasn't for my mother in law requesting it, I probably wouldn't return just based off the feeling inside. The staff seem to be cool and don't make you feel rushed when trying to order.

Excellent customer service, great mouthwatering food! I had the Grilled chicken sandwich and my wife had the burger we both absolutely loved it and the Cajun fries are a MUST! We will definitely be going to Jax Burgers again! Please check it out if you haven't been already!
Was absolutely delicious and would recommend all day. I wish they would open one in West Columbia where we live there is not a good burger place there we will be happy to make 45 minutes drive for this cheeseburger.

Great place for delicious burgers! Well seasoned beef patties on really good buns.
Unfortunately, they are out of certain sodas and their frozen lemonade. Hopefully, this gets fixed
