Customer service was great food was fresh the staff was friendly I will return for this location although this location could be somewhat busy because they have a Taco Bell hook up next to it which is a one-stop-shop for me and my family

KFC coming through with the Vegan Fried Chicken!
Yes, you read that right, Vegan Fried Chicken!
We were Beyond excited to see KFC release their Plant-Based options US-wide. They offered for one day in select stores a year ago, and they sold out by noon. I've been waiting for this day. I sure hope this sticks around, and we see more options (including vegan sauces).
I was extremely shocked and impressed to taste KFC's original recipe, its been over 6 years since I last had their chicken. The only negative I would share is there are no dipping options other than hot sauce and ketchup. Fortunately, we got it to go and slayed the box with Hidden Valley Vegan Ranch! (Yum!)

Def looking forward to the next opportunity to grab a box!

Smiling faces faaast service. Prices are WAAAYY OUT OF CONTROL. Chicken is the most abundant fowl available. The pandemic is over stop it.
We were greeted with the friendliest and most hospitable "Welcome back to KFC/Taco Bell" ever! I only ordered 4 Freezes and although they only had BajaBlast & machine issues, they still delivered excellent customer service by throwing in 4 free cookies to compensate for our wait! Thank you! 😊
When I arrived to this KFC I noticed the guys behind the counter were super polite and also they were extremely helpful. Bobby, the manager I think her name was I'm not to sure but she was very pleasant to me. She was hard at work training 2 people I saw at the same time yet graciously took time to answer our question with interest and caring. And, of course the food was delicious!!!!! Thank you so much love this place
KFC chicken was good as was the biscuit and coleslaw. The cashier was very nice. However, I'm not a fan of the loud music that's played whenever we've been here. Also the bathroom could've used a deeper cleaning.
I've been to alot of Locations this KFC stands out. The service is great no long waits and the food is freshly prepared and tastes great. This location is my go to.
I was very impressed the line was extremely long. But I was willing to wait. What I thought would've taken 30 min took about 15. I was impressed. And people were getting their food at the window. Not being pulled around like some places. The person taking my order was very professional the full length in time was 23min. I was good with that considering the circumstances.
I went to pickup some food for my family members. They ordered 2 chicken tender fill ups and a 4 piece chicken combo. After I placed my order in the drive-thru, the gentleman asked me if I would like to add anything like some cookies or something else that I can't remember. Anyway, I went ahead and added some cookies to the order. I pulled up and picked up the food. The cookies were the only thing that I ordered for myself and they didn't even put them in the bag. The lobby was closed and the drive-thru long was too long, so I never got my cookies. If you're going to offer extra items, make sure you put them with the order. It wasn't all lost because at least my family did enjoy their chicken.
Much improved over what it was for a couple of years. We, somewhat out of desperation, pulled in to get chicken after a lengthy hiatus from this particular KFC. Our experienced was pleasant, our food was good, and this during weekday lunch hour when they are their busiest. We see new faces behind the counter, bigger and more well-cooked food and an overall better environment than previously. Kudos to the manager, assistant managers, and all those that had any responsibility in the food preparation.
Our family received some very good chicken from the KFC on Broadway in Pearland,Tx.
I was shocked, the Wings were "full size." Thank you!!! So many others are serving tiny drummett size wings(namely Popeyes).
The family box of Tenders were very nice. None of them were like large nuggets! Food was delicious!!!
