I usually absolutely love Starbucks. It's the one way my husband and I treat ourselves. Since right before Christmas this Starbucks is hardly ever open. They are constantly closing early or only staying open for a few hours in the morning. Every time I have tried to go lately they are closed. The closest one is a 20 minute drive away. They need to figure out the staffing and hours because they are losing a lot of revenue and customers by constantly being closed.
Update:
It seems that they finally have their staffing issues resolved!! They are now back to being open all day. Still having some issues with inventory, but I know that is happening everywhere. Back to being the place I love!
Today this place was packed to the brim both drive thru and inside and there were very few workers, the baristas however treated me with utmost kindness making sure my drink got made as quickly as possible, it’s always hard to see workers struggling in a rush like that but they handled it very well.
Drive thru was long but worth the wait! The young lady that’s taking payments and handing out orders. She was so polite and professional. 3:04 pm March 12th Pekin Illinois Starbucks.
