The day of the wedding, the cake was delivered on time and it looked incredible! It truly was the perfect centerpiece to our reception. People were taking pictures by the cake...that's how pretty it was. The entire cake was eaten and everyone was asking where the cake was from bc it was the best wedding cake they had ever had.
Oh Snap! is worth every penny you will spend on your wedding cake!!! Thank you guys for making our wedding day that much better!

I called midday yesterday asking about a dozen vegan cupcakes, but they only had a few left in the case. She offered to bake a batch for me for same day pick up to meet my needs!! Great customer service and the cupcakes were fantastic!

Came in about a month ago to get a cake done for my sisters birthday with no idea on what I was going to get....they sat down with me and we walked through everything and ended up getting a beautiful delicious cake!!! Everyone was really helpful!!
I stopped in today and bought 7 cupcakes. One of them being a German chocolate which is the one I picked for me. It was amazing! my hubby had the red velvet and it was also delicious. Now I wish I bought all 7 for me. If you are in the Pensacola area stop here you will not be disappointed.

We always end up loading up on delicious cupcakes and cookies here. They are always genuinely kind and treat everyone with Southern charm. The bakery offers vegan, traditional and gluten free baked goods. Everything we've gotten has always been incredible. My personal favorite is the gluten free frosted sugar cookie they offer.
This is a fantastic bakery with various treats. They also have gluten and sugar free options! Every item they carry can be altered through ordering which requires a small notice. The manager is an amazing guy! I love this place and definitely recommend at least one visit! You will love it!

Ordered gluten free cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday, and they were amazing!! Everyone who had a hand in making this happen, from the girl on the phone helping me with the order to the the ones who made the cupcakes and to the one who delivered, were AWESOME!! I found them on a gluten free site and so glad we did!! We took a small vacation and you helped make it perfect! We live about 2 hours north but will definitely be making this trip again for these gluten free cupcakes!! We had the Dalmatian, vanilla strawberry, chocolate chocolate, wedding , couldn’t go wrong with any of those, but defined going to try the other gluten free options! ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again from several satisfied celiacs!!
I cant express how great of an experience I had using Oh Snap for my wedding cake. Not only did it turn out beautifully, but tasted even better! My guests were just as impressed! Ms. Lee was always so easy to contact and during our face to face consult, we got around $30 worth of cupcakes to taste for free so we were sure we picked our favorite. Ms. Lee and her team exceeded my expectations and gave me my dream cake, and at an affordable price compared to their competitors. Thank you so so much for your amazing service and even better cakes! I will definitely recommend you when given the chance and hope to visit you again in the future!
We had a destination wedding and had never been to oh snap bakery but they did such a great job. Kimberly was so amazing and helped us out so much. She reassured us that she could do any flavor with any icing color. The cakes and cupcakes turned out perfect and they delivered to our reception which was 30 minutes away. This is definitely the place to go.
The ladies were as wonderful as the cupcakes! This easily became my favorite place. I got a banana pudding cupcake and it was perfect.
We got the kids each a pumpkin iced gluten free cookie. Which I would love the recipe bc wow!!

Great shop! I walked in one hour before closing and didn't expect they would have any vegan cupcakes left, but there were three(!) different flavours I could choose from. I tried them all and they were delicious (chocolate, coconut and cherry-vanilla).
The owner was very sweet and made fresh frosting for my cupcakes. The shop was very clean and the owner supports many other (local) business owners and organisations (LGBTQ-friendly as well!). I'd highly recommend going there 😄
Just recently went here to pick up a few cupcakes, and I'm glad they still have the Strawberry Champagne one. The cupcake is the perfect consistency and the icing isn't too overbearing. I once had my birthday cake from here in the Strawberry Champagne flavor, and it not only tasted amazing, but looked so great. That was a few years ago, so I'll try to find a picture.

A coworker brought some cupcakes in to work one day so I've honestly never been inside this establishment therefore I can't say how the service is. I can tell you the cupcakes that I've tried though are absolutely delicious!

Great customer service! So helpful and kind! A big Thank You to the whole team at Oh Snap! I called from out of state and was ordering in the blind; all I knew was that a small almond butter wedding topper would make my sister-in-laws 40th birthday all the more special- she prefers wedding cake over any other, no matter the occasion. Oh Snap! happened to have one on hand and ready for immediate delivery. We received a photo from my sister-in-law within 2 hours with her holding the cake and smiling. Thanks again to everyone for making the world a sweeter place to live in!
I ordered a cake for my daughter in law’s baby shower. Thank you Lee. The cake was adorable! It was a small 2 tier “naked”cake. I showed her a picture of the invitation which had bees on it so she made fondant bumble bees for decoration. The best part was the cake was delicious! Thank you again!
Great place went in at 5 PM and they still had some regular and gluten free varieties available. The ladies were busy but still had time to chat for a moment. It was so nice being able to have a cupcake that was gluten free and still light and fluffy. I definitely will be back earlier in the day to try different flavors.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 15 year anniversary and renewed our vows with our blended family. We didn’t want a traditional wedding cake and went in to Oh Snap to see what they would recommend. The young woman was very helpful and knowledgeable and made some recommendations for us. After sampling a couple of cupcakes we decided on one of their towers with a small cake on top with our initials. The pricing was about what we had expected it would be to serve 50 guests with custom cupcakes– plus it included them delivering and setting up the cupcakes on the tower. We picked out 5 different flavors: Strawberry Pink Champagne, Dalmation with Chocolate Chips, Lemon, German Chocolate and Wedding Almond.
The day of our reception the young man came and was very detailed and polite—overall the entire experience was great. Our guests loved the cupcakes and some even recognized them as Oh Snap Cupcakes. Today I have a craving for the Wedding Almond---which prompted me to write this review lol.
