Good as usual! They have the best loaded baked potatoe soup, the cheese is the best, clings like strings, had a double burger and fries. The fries, crunchy on the outside and fluff on the inside! So good, mmm. Also, daughter had spicy shrimp tacos, very good!
Food is pretty much always good. Service is consistent. Eaten here 15-20 times. A few times wasn't a 5 star so thus the 4. But no real complaints. Well run location.

Definitely enjoyed my birthday. From beginning to end it was a very nice visit.
Great service considering the crowd. Drinks were a little slower than normal but still well within reason for time. Our server was great and made sure to stop by and keep us posted on them. Once the food came out, she made sure to check on us without being overbearing. All in all, excellent!
I have never had a bad experience here. The staff (especially the brunette waitress in the lounge area) are always friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. They engage in conversation when appropriate and are very prompt in service. The food and drinks are always outstanding, and the restaurant is very clean and beautiful. The Chili’s in my college town was closed when they started gentrifying, so I go here any time I have a chance when I’m home. DEFINITELY worth a visit!
Quick and awesome service! No delays with our food and drinks even if we were a good size group. I wish I can remember our server's name as she was on point! Brought us drink refills right before we finished the other drink. Informed us of tonight's special. Will definitely return and recommend!
I ordered the 3 for 10 meal which gave me a drink, a salad and an entree.
Everything was delicious and perfect except the ceasar salad. This time my salad had very little green. Almost the entire bowl was full of stalks. This is unusual because normally I get a good salad at the Mobile Hwy location.
The waitress was awesome. All the waitress at Chilis have been friendly and full of energy. The place was very clean.
I love this Chili's restaurant! The service is always so great here you can always walk in and get a table and know that you're going to have a great meal. Their chips and guacamole are absolutely outstanding. Their original chicken crispers just can't be beat. I love there to for 22. I eat here often when I'm in Pensacola.
I was concerned by the amount of disorder in getting all the components of our fajita experience on the table. i would have given Chili's 3 stars today but I empathize with our one waitress having us as party of 12. everyone who ordered menu items that were not fajitas recieved their meal without any issues except for mustard on a black bean burger that was ordered without it. the food temperature was good, and the seasoning was as well. I enjoy my Mexican on the spicy side and I was disappointed by the lack of heat and the only available solution was Tabasco sauce. the prices and portion sizes are good. I have had consistently 4 star experiences here. I also really enjoy their chicken tortilla soup.
We had an enjoyable experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Had one of their sirloin steaks. Hands down, better than another well known steakhouse in town. Better flavor, and superior tenderness. And the price was right as well.
