Very nice place for fresh sweet treats. We had ice cream and truffles. The ice cream is made in store and you can taste the freshness. The truffles are soo good. Can't wait to go back and get more of both!!!
Looks to be in-house made ice creams, very good and full of flavor. Lots of options to choose from from ice cream, to fudge, to shakes, frozen bananas, etc. I would reccamend going out of your way to stop here for the excellent ice cream!
Kayden's Candy Factory has the BEST ice cream and chocolate around! Pensacola Florida has certainly gotten a terrific new chocolate and candy store! PS: Their caramel apples are AMAZING! :)
We went in hoping to find sone special candy as a gift for a friend. Wow! The variety was terrific and there were several gift box options in addition to creating your own gift box. Candy, the shop manager, was extremely helpful, very pleasant and has a great sense of humor. She made our first experience here a real winner. The store was bright and sparkling clean. They also have homemade ice cream. We will definitely go back again.
We brought our family in for a cold treat on a hot day. Miss Candy was exceptional with my little girls and helped them pick out their favorite flavors. She ended up rolling birthday cake inside of a scoop of cosmic cookie dough for a one-of-a-kind treat for my little ladies. While my husband enjoyed the carmel crush, I devoured the strawberry lime sorbet. Everything was delicious and we can't say enough nice things about this place or its staff!
Stopped by for ice cream after walking the mall. The treats are delicious, great mix of flavors and the ice cream is neither messily melty nor freezer burned. The cheesecake bites are also fantastic. Didn't try the truffles on this visit, but I'm looking forward to them next time. This is now my favorite dessert date location in town.
We have been to Pensacola two years in and a row and both times we have had to come get some goodies! The help is always friendly and treats our girls like there the star of the show. The ice cream is to die for my favorite is blueberry cheesecake milkshake. Candy is who helped us today and she was absolutely awesome! We will be back for sure.
Excellent ice cream that I found out they make themselves. Just as good quality as Hershey's ice cream on 9 Mile Rd but better selection in my opinion. Their hand made candy is on point too. Only complaint was the lack of attention to atmosphere with really harsh overly bright tube florescent lighting. If they improve the atmosphere it's an easy 5 star.
Went in for a sweet snack and we weren't disappointed. I ordered the key lime ice cream and it was delicious, my fiance ordered some truffles and loved them. Was told everything was made in house, even my waffle cone. Tasty, a good spot if you need something sweet.
It was very clean. So many different flavors of ice cream to choose from. We had a banana split with very generous servings of ice cream. It was delicious. Staff was very friendly. My grandson and I will definitely be going back.

Best ice cream in Pensacola hands down. I had one of their shakes and it was delicious. No ice added just blended ice cream. Definitely recommend if your looking for ice cream and other tasty treats. Will definitely be back!!
I take my daughter every time I visit Pensacola. Service is beyond exceptional and the ice cream is delicious. Did I forget to mention everything is homemade. Don't do yourself the injustice of getting ice cream anywhere else.
Delicious treats and awesome employees. Their Chocolate covered strawberries are to die for. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who enjoys their sweets. I look forward to trying more of the delicious ice cream and candies they have.
Stopped in for a bday treat. This might be the best ice cream I've ever had and it's made right in the store! Plus, the staff was SO nice. Great product and great staff. What more can you ask for.
What a great find! In from out of town on business and came in for a banana split. Very friendly crew, great selection of ice cream and gourmet candies displayed incredibly well. I’ve cream quality is over the top. I’ll be back before leaving town!
