Absolutely love this place. If you're getting rude service it's probably because you're a dick. I have seen first hand customers act rudely and the staff was always professional and the food is amazing.
Went here Friday, 6/26/2015 and it was on point! Got 30 wings, original hot and Louisiana dry rub and they were delicious! Fries were great as well. Ordered online and picked up from the store no problem. Next time will have to remember to bring cash for tip as you can not tip online. Cashier was polite and we were served in a timely manner. Great experience and can not wait to go back.
Teacher. One of the most pleasant experiences my wife and I have had eating out. Keyon and Adam were very customer oriented. The food was good and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended.

AMAZING. My family and i are regular Wing Stop attendees. WE LOVE IT! Brittney and Sawn, some of the regular employees that are usually there, are just amazing, and we love them and their wings are the best in town.

By far the best wings in Pensacola---have tried all flavors and my preference is lemon pepper---the fries that come with the meal are again the best I have ever had and you get plenty for your money---a very clean establishment and extremely nice people---they are extremely thankful for your business---each time I visit, I walk away with a feeling of complete satisfaction---pleasant experience each and every time
YUMMY in the tummy!!! by Weezer. Do ya like wings? Then you'll LOVE the ones you can get at Wing Stop. Many, many flavors - hot, wet, dry, regular, mild, you name it. I've tried them all, even the Atomic Bomb! Way toooooo hot for me, but some folks love that super hot stuff. Guess my favorites are the lemon parmesan and garlic pepper. I gar-un-TTT, you'll go out of you way to find a Wing Stop once you've had WING STOP WINGS.
AWESOME WINGS & COLD BEER. I had wanted to try this place but never gave it a second thought. I finally made it this week Feb 10th and I have been missing out!!! The food was fresh and hot! My order was correct and everything was soooo good! We tried the latto meal and got lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan and mango habanero , w/ voodoo fries!! Everything was fresh and hot. The staff is limited I think so I think people need to be a little patient with them on the wait times. I did tip them and everyone should too especially if the order and food was correct! I will be back!
1st time ever going to a wingstop tried 3 different flavors Louisiana rub , Garlic parmesan and lemon pepper also got fries and drinks all the flavors were delicious. Hot to order and Cashier was not only polite but knowledgeable of their products.
I've come to this location MANY times now since moving here and I am majority of the time ALWAYS pleased with my experience .
I've had moments where I've had to wait for my food .. but thats not a big deal , it's fast food I get it , but I would rather have my food not raw and fresh and I always get that at this location !
Out of say , the 20 tines I've been here .. 19/20 my food was great !
Every wingstop employee I interact with at this location is always so pleasent and personable .
They all work really hard here and I see it EVERYTIME .
Fast good isn't easy in today's time and I wish people would show them some compassion .

Called my order ahead of time. The phone was answered immediately and my order was correct when I arrived. The food was great as always. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave me recommendations for the future and a sauce sample! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I love getting wings here. There are so many different flavors you can find and the wings are always so good. The fries as well are always so delicious. It is pretty cool in here and it is nice to order something and just sit down and enjoy your meal.

They have a lot of variety - the Spicy Korean Q was my favorite, followed by the hot honey rub. Garlic Parmesan was good, about the same as most wing places. The Hawaiian was not - it tasted like cinnamon apples but is described as island citrus with rich Asian flavors. The service was friendly and helpful, and made a couple changes for us after we paid and realized we made a mistake. We got carrots and celery with our wings!!! It’s been a long time since I got carrots with my wings.
I still want to try mango habanero, Cajun, hot lemon, bayou bbq, and Louisiana rub. This is going to be a must go to whenever I visit my son.
The location is under new management and let me tell you it shows. They got a whole new crew who are amazing! The store is much cleaner and their remodel looks great. Haven’t had a bad experience she since took over.
I love Wingstop. They have many delicious flavors of wings to choose from. They have traditional and boneless. Their french fries are kinda like fresh cut potato style, but not too thick and delicious. You can get a variety of different wing seasonings on the fries as well. Their ranch dressing is freshly made and the most delicious ever.
First time going, Ms. Wanda was amazing!!! She gave me good honest opinion on what to order and she was right. The food was very tasty, hot and filling for the price. Kudos to John the cook for doing such a great job. The two of the together made for the perfect experience, definitely will return. Thanks guys❤
