The food was great but despite the fact they forgot my 6.pc nugget and gave me a vanilla frosty instead of chocolate one like I ordered. I would like to find out how I could have something done about it and I'll be sure to keep coming to this location.

It was late, we really wanted spicy chicken sandwiches and the first Wendy's we went to wouldn't even say hello so we left, par for the course in service in this town we have noticed. We took the chance and they took our order right away, they were so nice and the food was great! Will definitely go to this location again.

Accurate drive through this afternoon. Person behind the speaker was a young lady that spoke with clearity and inviting. Food was fast, hot and fresh. Been to this location a few times and was not impressed with the service. Not sure if management changed or just the crew. Today was great experience. Keep it up and give that young lady on the headset a raise. If you don't I know someone will.

The Wendy’s on 9 mile road was amazing. I am from PA and I have to say out of all the other Wendy’s I’ve ate at, this one had the best tasting food. The baconator was not greasy at all - actually looked like the commercials I see which I always thought was an unreasonable expectation. Great staff, touch screens to order (we don’t have these back home), love the drink dispenser with the different flavoring options, clean facility!

Fast food drive-through. You know the deal. Sometimes it's good. Sometimes the wait is not too bad. Sometimes you get the correct order. I even heard about a guy who got the right change back once. It's usually OK but hard to get excited about.

We have been residents for 5 years and haven't visited our local Wendy's. We thought we would try it...it checks all the boxes, clean, dining g room open, friendly staff, excellent food, did I mention clean. We will be back, our new go to place.

This Wendy's dinning room isn't open and unfortunately our truck is down. I noticed one employee either taking a break or getting off work. I tapped on the window and he walked outside I told him our situation about the car and he went above and beyond to make sure my daughter could get something to eat. Thanks

I eat here for lunch every week. Free wifi, great fast food, good service lots to like. However, at the end of the day its still fast food. I'm a loyal customer and will continue to be one. Still a fast food chain. The free wifi gives an extra boost in rating.

We come for the junior chocolate frosty on a weekly basis a a treat after speech and while the frosty is always delicious the customer service could use some work. Employees are not very friendly and speed of service can be slow at times.

Thank you Makayla for the greatest service today. We came in on our lunch break and you were right there to take our order. You were very polite and even laughed with us and we enjoyed it very much. Definitely will come back to see you and get your great service. :)

Good menu, great $1 menu. I get grilled chicken or spicy chicken sandwiches. Lately the asiago with country fried chicken is awesome. My boyfriend always gets 3 $1 Jr bacon cheeseburgers with fries. I always get just a sandwich. But if I want a lite meal the chicken salads are great. The one with cranberries and one with strawberries!! Yum. And can't beat $1 frosty!!😊😊

It was a dark stormy morning the store barely looked open. I really couldn't read the menu and when I approached the window I let the employee know that he should have the lights on so people would know that they were open he just looked at me and said yeah okay and never did turn on the lights
