I'm kind of surprised, actually. There was little to no food ready for the large number of people that were there. They tried to keep up, but it just was not happening. They also kept putting a lot of what I would consider less appealing pizza's. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure people enjoy spinach with Alfredo sauce, but not 2 or 3 of them at a time. There was less to choose from for kids.
The overall looks of the dining room left me with concern.. clean but only surface clean, if that makes sense.. I would go back if i am in the area, but I won't go out of my way to plan a return trip.
They have a great salad bar! They make any pizza you desire. All you can eat and drink.
I love this place. Super nice staff. Lots of televisions for sports or cartoons. They have an arcade for the kids.
The staff was attentive to the customers & the food being served. The person making the pizza was humorous. We had a great time! Our grandkids think Cici’s should open for breakfast with their cinnamon rolls! They could also serve breakfast pizzas!
Plenty of fresh pizzas and cinnamon rolls (my fav) consistently put out. Clean and quiet. I went in hesitant after reading the past reviews but my experience was great and they’ve really stepped up their game
We are visiting from Illinois and our kids really wanted to try it, (we have had bad experience with other cicis) as soon as we walked in 30 min to closing, they welcomed us and ask us what pizzas we will like, and even though we were the only ones there they still made a few pizzas for us, the games they have are very updated and work great with cute prizes! we will definitely come evey time we visit. Surprisingly really good pizza. It was hot, fresh and had more flavor than I remember. Rabbit food was fresh and just as tasty I was told
I live in Navarre and would normally go to Cicis in fwb, however, that store closed down. I'm glad that this store still delivers a good product and customer service.....and I'm always feeling like a kid again with the arcade.
We had a great time food was delicious Chris the manager on duty tonight did a wonderful job making the pizzas perfectly for us kids enjoyed the guy making balloon animals and loved the arcade games
Food was great, with super friendly staff. Could use some extra cleaning throughout the facility.
I hadn't been in a cici's for a long time, years!The picture Google shows as its main pic looked sketchy, but I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up, it didn't look nearly so bad irl! There were plenty of pizza choices, the salad bar was fairly fresh (though no cheese on there) and the staff was more than friendly and welcoming. The pizzas were HOT! This experience surpassed my expectations.

The few times we've been here we've been impressed with the staff and the overall appearance. We arrived right before/at dinner rush and there were quite a few tables still dirty when they prob could have been cleaned. One time we went, they had probably just finished a rush and we'rent as prepared but this time (4:45/5) they were prepared. Each time we are always greeted with enthusiasm and quickness and eager to serve from each staff. That always impresses and makes us want to come back. The rising costs of everything has impacted Cici's (we remember the days of $2.50-$5 pizza) and the quality doesn't quite match the price of $9 a head BUT it's still hot and fast and still really good. This location put in effort. The glasses were dirty once, same with silverware and the tables..they should have some self service table cleaners out for guests if they can't dedicate the staff to have clean tables immediately when guests leave. Still, management and staff eager and pleasant and that is truly appreciated! Always a good family friendly place. It's great to hear and feel the camaraderie and communication between the staff behind the bar. Everyone seems happy and friendly.
Lunch with my daughter and 2 little ones...the cashier was friendly and helpful. Only a couple of pizza choices ready...it was not busy, at all. They baked up the pizza requests we made quickly. The produce was fresh and we'll stocked. There were new employees in training...the manager was doing a great job over-seeing, checking product and interacting with customers. A great lunch...thanks!!
My kids have always loved Cicis. They get a LOT of business so expect crowds of people and the mess they make but hot pizza of different flavors and a little bit of dessert at a decent price... is Excellent. They also have your basic salad and some pasta included with the price. Oh and a game room to distract your kids with but you pay extra for that.
Not much pizza on the Buffay. When we arrived they did cook what we ask and it was good
It's a simple family restaurant buffet. It doesn't offer any over the top bells or whistles. Good for a quick outing to completely fill your stomach.
It's all you can eat, pizza, in the most 90s restaurant ever, for under $10 a person.
Manager says let me know if you want a certain type of pizza added to buffet, only there was only a total of 8 pieces available at that time. Asked the girl for pepperoni & jalapeño, she huffed at me. Like I was an inconvenience to her. The manager had walked off & I guess he was cooking, and she had to go to him. The gentleman who was cleaning tables was gumbeling the entire time we were there. Not loud enough for anyone to hear,but you could tell by his demeanor, he wasn't happy. The food was good, and fresh, so worth the wait!
