Burger King has an outstanding Texas double whopper. I ate mine with double jalapeño peppers and it was delicious.
This store has had excellent service for years. They are far above the other fast food chains. Wendy's and McDonald's nearby will make you wait 10 minutes or more for the drive thru.
I see a lot of low reviews, but my experience here was amazing. My spicy chicken burger was juicy and delicious. My fries and nuggets were also super hot. The only thing that was lacking was the taste of nuggets. Overall, I was on vacation and need something quick, and they delivered amazing food and service.
Honestly with the excellent coupons they send in the mail and online the deals they have are really surprising, if you take advantage of them. Out of the 3 burger king's near my house I would for sure say this one is the best in every category, friendly, fast, the food is hot, fresh, and tasty.
Food was good but ice machine was out and when asked for ice as you can see in picture the ice i recieved refill though got more ice and also i get the feet hurt as im a manager and work long hours standing but that doesnt mean i can take my shoes off and work.. she did put them on to come in dining room but when returned behind counter she removed them agian did wait for 5 mins before seeing a assoc. In store period and thats after we yelled hey but food was fresh
Everything was amazing the service the crew the food my flame broiled whopper was amazing
I had the loaded cheese and meat croissant. It was very good. It is my to buy item now
The last thing you'd want in your burger king burger is someone's foot fungus. But as it turns out that might be what you get.
I'm not a person who usually leaves a review for a fast food restaurant - it seems a pointless chore in this day and age to even bother with such a task, however, when someone so completely exceeds my expectations I feel compelled to call them out by name.
I visited the Burger King location on Hwy 98 in Pensacola because I needed to use the bathroom (which was surprisingly clean) and since I was there I figured I'd grab a quick bite to eat and I fully expected have a typical medocre to horrible service experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by an employee name D.J. (it might have been J.D., I'm not exactly sure)
There was no one at the counter when I walked in because the front counter person was in the dining room cleaning it (another thing that surprised me because fast food dining rooms are typically something of a mess) and D.J. called out to me from the back to greet me and to let me know that someone would be right with me. (How often these days does that happen at a Burger King?, never?) I appreciated the fact that he was aware enough and cared enough to not leave me standing there wondering if anyone even noticed me.
I took notice of his interactions with the other customers and employees while I at my food, and he was kind, pleasant, and thoughtful in his conversations and transactions.
I don't know if this guy is one the Managers of the place, but if he's not he should be.
Surprisingly, not only was the service experience a pleasant one, but my food was actually hot (even the fries) and my burger was made neatly (yes, I said neatly) and was made correctly even though I had ordered it with three changes.
Overall, probably the best Burger King experience I have had since the 1970's. Thanks J.D.
This is the best Burger King in the whole USA. When we are in Alabama, we always stop here. The food is presented fresh and hot! Those French fried are awesome! The place is immaculate and the workers are super friendly. The manager lady is the sweetest thing! We love it all.
