We were flying in from Kansas City this past weekend from a lovely visit with friends and family.
Our flight arrived at approximately 930, grab the car, grabbed the bags, headed home, and decided to grab a burger on the way home.
As it turns out it was about 1030, they were still open for the drive-through!
We pulled up, someone politely ask for our order, we provided the information, for our order, and pulled to the window.
The gal that was working, took our credit card for payment, and disappeared from view which was interesting as usually they just run the card right there at that register.
Regardless, shortly, she returns with my credit card and receipt.
Within a couple of minutes she brought our order, which, to our pleasant surprise, was piping hot as it had just been made fresh!
Kudos for the fresh food, hot, and tasty.
Needs some work comment, is that customer service could use some improvement.
When she took her credit card, she didn’t say anything. When she handed it back, she didn’t say anything, and when she handed our food to us, she didn’t say anything
McDonald’s could use some training for the customer service, I highly suggest that they adopt Starbucks and Chick-fil-A’s model
For a McDonald's, Mr. Pete seems to hire some of the best. They're friendly. Love their app, but I am very limited on what I can choose to eat there. I want healthier options.
I ordered on a kiosk. My order was a medium Sugar free vanilla iced coffee. After 15min of waiting, I asked about the status of my order.
The person helping me said they’re out of SF Van(so maybe make it unavail to order) Also, not her fault.
Even though I had to wait long and they were out of what I ordered, she was a rock star and gave me a L instead and w/o syrup.

It's a McDonald's. Not much else to say. Seemed clean enough and had fresh food.
Apple pies and ice cream make a good after orthodontist appointment snack!

I usually don't review fast food places, but the service I got from Kendell in the drive thru this morning was 5 🌟
Food was good. Order was accurate. Staff were generous and very nice, and went out of their way to make a great experience.
