Kyla is the most amazing barista ever. That was the BEST coffee i’ve ever had. Her customer service was excellent, she made our drinks fast, and sent us on our way with a smile. Kyla is the best!! If you ever need a pick me up coffee and smile, go see her <3
Had an exceptional experience while waiting on my wife to come out of surgery. Needed something small but was craving something new and the barista was happy to help, asking me what I had a craving for and whipping up something current on the menu. It was great, and so was the croissant which was fresh and flaky.
I didn't know what kind of coffee I wanted, so Ms. Kimmie recommended and made me coffee this morning. She was nice, professional and kind to me. I really enjoyed talking with her. She was amazing. Stop by for some coffee and picked up an awesome coffee mug that keeps your coffee hot or cold for a very long time in the highest of temperatures outside. Also got a cake pop for the young lady that was with us. There is an inside bathroom for one, which was nice and clean. They have great choices for breakfast!

Great experience there. Madeline is a wonderful barista. She was so kind in serving me today. It was busy and she was doing an incredible job at the bar. I must have asked her for more than a few things and she didn't even hesitate to get me what I needed. Thank you for your patience. You make a great hot chocolate! Awesome legendary service.
The coffee shop is easily accessible without leaving the hospital. I recieved top notch service and decent coffee. I would rate it 5 stars but I reserve the last star for extraordinarily great establishments. For me this was just a typical Starbucks so 4 stars is accurate. I do recommend this specific Starbucks if you're visiting Sacred Heart hospital.
This store is always busy but we got there at a slow time so our order was easy and quick. I had 3 types of orders for 3 different people with 2 different payment options and the person ar the register knew just how to process the order with no complications or complaints. The barista making out order was efficient and polite. Everything was clean and tidy.
My favorite Starbucks in town. The reason being that it is very small, only a handful of tables which I personally prefer as a studying environment. If coming here to do work, I would recommend to come early if you want a spot. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Make sure you download the Starbucks app for free basic coffee refills.
