I honestly have nothing bad to say. Whoever was cooking Wednesday night (October 18, 2023) around 7pm, my hat goes off to you! the food was so hot and fresh! the drinks were so good and the waitress was awesome! I was in bliss. This Chili’s hands down was the best ever. I wanna go back again and again and again!
I hadn't frequented Chili's in a few years, but had a craving for the Southwestern egg rolls. At the Cordova location, that was the menu item they were out of! So, I selected the bacon ranch quesadilla. And I was very pleased! And the bartender whose name escapes me (I think Casey?🤔) she was absolutely wonderful! As I'm writing this review, I am waiting for my food at the Chili's in the Memphis (Germantown) area. Finally about to get my egg rolls!!! So far the service has been great. Stay tuned!😉🙂
It was a Sunday and it was crowded but we were seated within 10 minutes.
Lovely, attentive server, checked on us and refilled drinks.
I ordered the Big Mouth Bites with fries. Sorry I don't have any photos...I devoured them☺️fries were hot and tasty. Little burgers were just enough to satisfy the rubbing in my tummy.
Always enjoy going here. 2 for 1 drinks all day. Great margaritas specials every month a different flavor. Shared the 3 for me conbo with someone and very filling. Great service.
Very kind waitress. Quick food service and tasted amazing.
Nikkie was helping us out. She’s 100% the most energetic and enthusiastic person in the entire staff. She was super patient and receptive. Whatever yall are paying her, it ain’t enough. She’s a key player to the team. 10/10 would return just to be served by her again.

Thought it was really good, as always. Our service was timely & our party's drinks stayed filled without having to ask.. always a plus! And our food was cooked exactly to order.. No complaints.. only recommendations!
Got the triple app with cheese curds, boneless wings, and egg rolls. The cheese curds had a great bite. The egg rolls were tasty with the ranch. Boneless wings were ok. Got the bacon burger because it was with the 3 fr $10 meal. Not bad for one person. Would definitely be back, the location was new and clean. Service was great a Friday night.
Casey is always a great server/bartender. Drinks are always full, and the food is always hot and tasty. Management is very attentive and quick to resolve any issues.
It all worked out. Got there bout 10:30p and the doors were locked. Snuck in thru the To-Go section, and the staff was friendly, but gave the impression they were closed. The signs said they close at 11pm. Me and my friend are traveling and were hungry, so we didn't try to accommodate them wanting to close early. Lol. Anyhow, we were able to eat and they accommodated us quite well. Thank you!

Food was great when I got it, never got my street corn, ordered two beers got one and the waitress said sorry me and my wife could share it lol..
Stopped for lunch while running around, seated quickly, drinks and apps came out fast. Main courses came out at the correct time and we're really good.
Food was good and service was good. It was afternoon and the boss had let everyone go home. I won't server I blame the manger..
