They're so organized w/ an extended drive up to accommodate @ least 10 to 15 cars or more in drive thru. Staff outside on the line taking orders so as you approach pick up window there's worker waiting w/your order. Huge staff, food is awesome! Went specifically for their seasonal offering of chick
Them mobile pick up area is a bit chaotic. I think it's because they wait to prepare your order until you arrive. I had already paid, so it must be a QC procedure. I get it, but there must be a more organized way of handling pick up orders. I may have had better timing using the drive thru. The food
