We stopped in for a quick take home meal and, after reading the reviews, I feel like I hit the lottery! I encountered no problems with either food quality, nor with the employees. I would rate this location unusually slow for how few customers there were at the time. I do feel that the employees and the location as a whole would benefit from extra training, especially concerning what I witnessed to be a problem customer in line before us.
I am sorry I do not remember the young man's name, but I received some of the best customer service from a fast food restaurant I have ever received this evening. I walked in, and he was curious, professional, and humorous. He took my order with was not huge but he got it right the first time repeated it back correct and shortly after I ordered and paid I had my order amd when I got home it was correct, fresh and included the condiments I asked for. Great job young man! And thank you for being awesome!
Good old KFC. No one makes the chicken like the colonel. The potatoes, gravy and slaw are still awesome after all these years. Great dining service at this location.

Daughter wanted kfc for the first time since we don't live near one so drove about 20 minutes to this location. We placed an online order for pickup for a great pricing offer through the app and unfortunately we got there when their deep fryer had stopped working during a rush and had to deal with unrational angry customers ahead of us who don't understand how the food industry works when equipment breaks. I patiently waited for our food, which was at least 10 minutes past when it said it was ready then they explained they couldn't make the original chicken that
we had wanted. They offered to switch it for another version of fried chicken and comped us with a free drink for being patient and understanding. With the amount of pressure they were under and other customers attitudes I was astounded at how well they handled that unfortunate uncontrollable situation. Not only did my daughter finally get to try kfc and loved it, she also learned a life lesson today about how to treat workers correctly. I'm glad we came in!
Good staff younger and forgot to order our chicken but she got it 2nd time round..fresh food..clean fast service

Easter Sunday this year Mom wanted KFC so I stopped at the Surprise location. Worst decision I think I made in years, told only dark meat available in the bucket and when I got home and opened up the bag rhe chicken looked like it was on the rack for the whole shift and cooked again every hour just to keep it warm. Well longer story short, District office sent me a certificate for my loss of money and the store on Union hills & 92nd ave made it right as it could be. The reviews for union hills are missleading, I found it clean, well run and the people i dealt with were very pleasant. The chicken came in both dark and white and very tasty. Fresh too. Not fond of the biscuits though, seems something changed with them. . That's why only 4 stars. When I want kfc again, I'll drive the extra few miles.

KFC even taco bell is a decent meal when you want something different.
What can be said. KFC quality goes a long way for only a little more money, and Taco Bell is in the same place.
The fried chicken sets the standard. The corn always seems soggy, but I like it that way. Always a line at drive through, reasonably fast service.

Food was warm and good. My order was correct too. The drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me only took me at most 8 minutes. I'll give it another shot. Based on the poor reviews, sounds like they had good workers last night!
