Some of the best Fish & Chips in North Bay! Been to Fourth & Sea a few times now. Lots of options, from the classic Fish & Chips, featuring cod, shrimp, calamari and clams too. The coating is not greasy, crisp and delicious. Their sauces are tasty, milk shakes and very good, and for extra value order the Family meal.
The staff is friendly, food comes fast, indoor and outdoor seating is available, with TV trays popped open for your food, not crowding your table with all the food. Nice option!
We ordered fish and chips! I love coleslaw but I'm particular! The counter let me try it! Yummy not too mayo or sweet. Which is perfect so I could add a little salt and pepper and hot sauce.
The fish and chips were perfectly crispy. They made sure we had plenty of tartar sauce, malt vinegar and lemon.
Very good!! Next time I will try the calamari. It was recommended to me and by the way the food was I'm sure it will be delicious.
Really excellent place hidden away from the world. It's worth a trip. The chili dogs are unlike any you've had, the fish and chips are excellent. They keep the place spotless. Well behaved dogs are welcome. The mango ice tea is fresh and wonderful. It's a pleasant drive off the freeway.
I give it 5 stars in the counter serve dive category. They don't get any better than this.
Bread bowls are huge here! The pork special was too good of a deal to pass up. Great sandwich and clam chowder. I look forward in coming back and actually trying the fish & chips.

The fish tacos and fish and chips is excellent! You order at the counter then sit and wait to be served. food is delivered to your table with a smile and also cleared for you when you finish, which is pretty amazing considering it is a fast food establishment. They also have a dive up to go service, that way you never have to leave your car to receive your food. The only negative about this place is it is small, good thing it has in door and out door seating.
Truly great fish and chips here. Flexible menu gives you a lot of different options. Friendly, efficient service. Portions are large - a two-piece serving of fish and chips will be more than enough for most. Slaw is way above average.
Fourth & Sea NEVER disappoints! The food is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful! The fish tacos are some of the best we've ever tried and the menu is very accommodating! You can get your fish with the yummy traditional batter or grilled. And those fries.... oh ya.... gotta have some fries, plain or garlic, always nice and crisp, not soggy! Fourth and Sea is a great local place that's always worth a stop! Enjoy!!
I’ve been to this great, casual restaurant a few times both with my children and twice with a group of my special needs students. The gracious, warm, and friendly way my students have been taken care of each time we’ve come here has made our visit here the highlight whenever we’ve come to Petaluma. The food is delicious, portions generous, and the atmosphere is positive and welcoming.

Came here hungry for fish and chips after other recent experiences fell short. This place rocked it! Great fish and chips, I'd say 8/10 on a really judgemental scale. The pieces are full fillets like you'd get in London. Cafe is busy but people cycle through quickly so you'll find a seat fast! Definitely worth a try.
Clam chowder is amazing. Plenty of food for price paid. Delicious food and friendly service.
Couldn't ask for better food and service. Fish size was impressive. Batter was tasty and the perfect amount. My calamari was not rubbery at all, and again, perfectly battered. Bonus points for crispy thick cut fries. The best part? Pineapple milkshake! Who'd have thought!
This place is a classic little spot in Petaluma. Great fish and chips, and monthly shake specials. Lots of other items on the menu as well if you're with a group. Seating inside and out; great on a warm summer evening. Only downside is listening to the guy running the kitchen demean his employees constantly.
This is a small fish and chips place, but it is a cut above. You go up to the counter to order, and the food comes to your table. Typical disposable utensils and plates, but the difference here is the staff and food. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Whoever trained these young men did an amazing job - not your typical fast food place AT ALL. And the food was unexpectedly good. Example - you can order your fish and chips to include some calamari or fried oysters. Everything we tried was great.

The best clam chowder we have ever had. Not to mention the fish and chips! My kids love coming here on sunday nights after my husband's soccer game. Nothing like a hot bread bowl of the GOOD STUFF!!

Great place for a casual dining experience. I love their fried fish n chips but usually get the garden salad with chicken. The kids menue is awesome and the kids love everything on it. Also the cones are amazing dipped in chocolate😍 the staff is always very friendly, and super nice with the kids.
High quality food. Local well trained young people will take care of you. The outside patios are nice in the warm weather. Inside is a bit tight. It's not a sit down place though. I can't imagine being disappointed.
