Ordered on the app and picked it up. Delicious and accurate. Coupons are way easier to access (and keep up with) on the app.
Update: I finally was able to go and speak to a manager. They were just bought out and just got new phone number. They remade the order for me with no problem.
I was on the app and was going to place a order for a later date. When I hit order I realized the date didn't take and it placed it for pickup right then. I had no car atm so I went to call them to cancel but the number on file is not in service. I called another subway to get another number and that number that was given was never answered. I called back to back for an hour for it to just ring. I was charged for the order even though I never came to get it! I have been trying for the past few days to get my money back but haven't. I contacted corporate just to be given another number to call that also isn't working!
They were friendly & helpful!
