We eat at Bob Evans at least once every week. Food is always very good and wait staff very friendly and efficient Highly recommend this Bob Evans Restraunt to eat at

The staff were friendly and fast. Food was great. (Chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits. Beef soup and was told the chicken soup was excellent as well.

My "ladyfriend", 91 yr. old mother , and I had Thanksgiving dinner here around 5:30 yesterday.
They were possibly 40-50% at customer capacity at the time---(-raining & dark)'
We were seated almost immediately by a smiling, pleasant server, and given menus.
Our server followed closely after to ask about beverages while we looked at the menus.
The menu included a large selection of breakfast choices, and 3 combos for Thanksgiving Dinner.
To be more brief----we received MORE than superb service, which at times included personal help from a manager for my mom, help from other servers, and constant attention from our server. even though she had 4 other tables in our section. The food came out within minutes, with freshly baked, unlimited breads and rolls., and beverage refills. The food was FANTASTIC. That is the opinion of my mom , a former 3 time restaurateur and ethnic cook , ,myself , owned 2 restaurants, and my friend who also has "food" experience.
Even though earlier they had been much busier, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, the surroundings were spotless, the food and service was over the top, and the total dining experience was outstanding. Well done and thank you Bob Evans' Staff !!
I've never been disappointed with a meal at Bob Evans!

We're on vacation. And Bob Evans Food is always decent. Our truck broke down and needed a new battery. So we were stuck in the Bob Evans parking lot. The manager did everything he could to help us. It was 90 degrees outside. The manager gave us free strawberry lemonade well we waited for help. He would not let me pay for them. Truck is fixed on the road again. Thank you Bob Evans.
Always a welcomed feeling
We came back twice in one week because the service and food was exceptional!! Our server was so sweet and took the time for us to look at the menu. Our food was served hot and so was the coffee. We will definitely go back when we are in the petoskey area. Thank you Bob Evans for all you do !!! Petoskey Bob Evans Rocks!!
A friend of mine and I stopped by for lunch. They were short staffed. However, we were well cared for. There was some wait leaving, but I would gladly return. The food was great. I hadn't eaten at Bob Evans in years. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was delicious.
Very good service. Their honey bacon was delicious and the value bowl thing I got was good. My wife had the protein bowl and enjoyed that. I also got an order of biscuits and gravy and I wasn't very impressed with that. The gravy was super dark (as you can see in the picture) and almost tasted like a beef gravy, and the sausage was super crumbled vs chunks. Overall nice place but not as good as the one I went to in big rapids.
Was there Thursday with 4 other family members and they only had a cook and two servers and they were absolutely amazing. I want to give our waitress a big round of applause because she was handling everything great and had a smile on her face. She made the night great
We had a very late dinner, got in 30 minutes before closing. Our waitress was amazing as she helped us get seated and started with drinks and menue, all the while taking care of several other customers still eating at the late hour. I had a 3 meat and chease omelet and the wife had one of the chicken dinners. For being very last minute customers, the food was prepared very well and was quite delicious. The cost of our dinners was unexpectedly reasonable given current restaurant inflation prices. Good place to grab a good, late Sunday evening meal 🙂...
Good typical Bob Evans breakfast. Assistant manager was very friendly and the store was clean and looked good. Food was extremely fast! Server didn't talk much at all and never came back after food was dropped off until we were done. Brianna seemed nice, but we didn't get much of her. Overall, good experience. I don't need to be babysat, just want a quick breakfast.
This place served tasty food with love. The atmosphere was very cozy and friendly. It awakened my childhood memories of happy meal times and inspired me to order menu items that I normally restrict myself in eating. On top of that they were open to tweak some of their recipes to satisfy our requests. We enjoyed our food a lot. I absolutely loved the place!

Some of the servers don't check on their tables. We went the meal without refills on coffee and water. Usually, it's my go-to for biscuits and gravy. Salt and pepper grinders are really coarse.
Clean, fast, great breakfast and service. Blue ribbon bacon is delicious. My son accidentally broke a glass and they were very understanding and kind about it. Would definitely go back.
Loved it! It's sad because there was only 1 waitress working. They are severely understaffed. She was quick with our order and food! Always love this place!
