Visited on a Wed afternoon. Food's always fresh and hot. Employees are super friendly and always ensure the food is topped off. The server always made sure our cups were full. Overall great service and food.

need more servers. they seem too stressed with attending to way to many tables while trying to take drink orders, refills or even just asking for comfortable seating. less stress on workers is helpful for them to give good service

Price is set high but it's equivalent to the price of a plate at Denny's, Chili's, Applebee's or iHop with the exception that it's for a buffet at Grand China! Let me just say I have no issue paying 17 bucks for a buffet, but I expect the food to be hot or at least warm, but this time it was horrible. Food was cold and hard, there were no gloves, the tongs were sticky, and there was a mildew smell that was just bad. Never again.
