Pretty good stuff! Food was decent, nothing out of the ordinary but fancy to look at. Loved the drinks they served, the mimosa I had was delicious. It was this apple and cinnamon flavored mimosa. Atmosphere was beautifully decorated though and very clean place overall.

green eggs is a great novelty. however, the portion sizes are far too large for one person to consume and the sweet breakfast dishes are a bit too much to eat. service was absolutely amazing and was worth a try!

This place is so good. Went for brunch and the food was amazing!!! I ordered the The Kitchen Sink and every single bite was so delicious. The portions was big and i couldn't even finish my meal. I want to go back and order it again but I also want try try something new. I Can't Decide!!! The atmosphere was a cute little restaurant. They may have had staffing issues when I came because the line to get in was very long, outside the establishment and along their building. When my family and I (2 adults 2 kids) finally got seated, there was a whole open side of tables with only 4 tables being occupied. Seemed like they were trying to build that interest buy showing they have a line outside and people just Need to get in here. The only downside is that they are cash only. I came prepared but I never carry cash so I had to go out my way to get some. There is an ATM inside of the restaurant, which is convenient for others but it was near my table and the line started to get long. I honestly can't wait to go back. I love delicious food!

I had the delightful experience of brunching at Green Eggs yesterday. Our wait, around 20 minutes, passed swiftly. Once seated, we ordered a variety of dishes, including the Lox Bagel, Fried Chicken Sandwich, Eggs Benedict, Kitchen Sink, and Cereal Killer. To our delight, every single entree was outstanding! The Cereal Killer, though it appeared sweet, was surprisingly not, which we appreciated. The Kitchen Sink could easily satisfy two hungry diners, and the Chicken Sandwich was simply delicious. I'm already looking forward to returning when I visit Philly again!

Overall a fantastic cafe! I'll say this right at the start, the portions are HUGE. We ordered an entree each and a French toast board and honestly thought we could finish it all Boy were we absolutely dead WRONG. They just load those plates up with food, it's ridiculous, prepare to get a to-go box. As for the food, I had the kitchen sink and it was absolutely delicious. There must have been at least six eggs in that omelette it was so big, but it was fantastic. The gravy was great too, and its loaded with pepper onions and potatoes at the bottom, enough to fill you and then fill you again tomorrow. Absolutely worth the prices Also highly recommend the blueberry lemonade! Make sure to mix it up and its amazing! Service was great, and the place itself was great too, only reason I'm giving it a 4 star for service is because this place is CASH ONLY, but it's not too much of an issue as they have an ATM at the back. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

First time visiting Philly and a friend took me to this place! I absolutely loved it! The drive was phenomenal from the time I walked in the door to the time I left! I loved the ambiance and decor of the place as it felt very natural, welcoming, and homely! All of the staff are very polite! Our waitress was Crystal and she was absolutely amazing! She was very quick, checked up on us often, and was very friendly! I had the pleasure of trying the Ultimate Tofu scramble with the turkey bacon and rye bread. The wait time was maybe 10 minutes for the food which was very impressive! Be prepared for the large portions! I was surprised and impressed to know that you get so much at a very reasonable price! The food was good and very healthy! I loved the potatoes with onions and peppers mostly! The tofu was pretty decent! I'd recommend this place and would come here again! Thank you!!

I had the eggs Benedick which was delicious washed down with a Bacon bloody Mary. What can I said? It was great - a meal in itself! Service is friendly and welcoming. This place is cash only, but that's not an issue as there is a ATM on site. Our party also ordered the Chicken and Waffles and the breakfast burrito again all very good.

It was such a cute café. All the staff was amazing and so helpful. The food was amazing. I had french toast, and it was the best french toast I had in my life. It was sweet and slightly crispy. Not only did the food taste great but the presentation was beautiful. My brother and sister in law loved their french toasted as well. The only complaint I would have is the drinks. I had a mimosa which had orange juice with a lot of pulp. I wish I knew their orange juice had pulp in it because I would have ordered something else. Their drinks were very strong which might be good for some ppl but I prefer mines sweeter. Other than that it was amazing and I'd love to go back again.

Food: I ordered one of the specials of the day - Cookie Dough Stuffed French Toast - alongside the Berry Lemonade. I’m usually not a sugary/sweets person at all, but I wanted to treat myself to something different. Their French Toast portions are definitely huge, so this could be shared with another person. I enjoyed both items! Service: I liked my experience here! They don’t take reservations, but we were seated within 5 mins of arriving. The waitress was super attentive and our food came out pretty fast. Atmosphere: This Green Eggs Café location seems larger than the others, but they seem to pack in as many tables and chairs as possible. I was surprised by how close our table was to one another (like one inch, so you could easily hear your neighbor’s conversation) and how small their tables were. They probably anticipate a huge crowd so their setup optimizes for fitting in as many people as possible.. Tips: All Green Eggs Café locations are Cash Only, so come prepared!

Short queue in the sun to sit inside, then excellent service, and fabulous food. Very attentative server ... must have had about 4 or 5 coffees! ☕️ ... Highly recommended. [Note they take only cash, but there is a machine inside (that charges!). One star nearly docked for not taking cards, but deserves more than 4/5. Everything else, perfect!]

I found this place while looking up places to visit before my trip to Philly, I must say I am glad we made it. But also sad that I didn’t get to try to more items off their menu. I had the turkey bacon, rosemary seasoned potatoes and the pumpkin cheesecake egg rolls. I wanted other items but had to exercise self control. I loved that the turkey bacon was in thick slices. Of course loved the pumpkin cheesecake egg rolls. I also ordered a pumpkin dirty chai which was delicious!! My friend ordered the apple French toast with 2 eggs sunny side up. She enjoyed her breakfast as well. I tried her French toast as I also wanted to order the French toast flight and I loved how the apples weren’t soft. It was really good. I suggest that the Green Eggs Café create a pumpkin lovers sampler. I wanted ALL of the pumpkin things haha the sampler could have a pumpkin cheese egg roll, pumpkin French toast and pumpkin hash or something. There was just so much more I wanted to try!! Overall very pleased that I got to eat here. The place looked clean and bright and welcoming. The staff was pleasant. If I’m ever in Philly again I will definitely pay another visit!!

Great choice. FYI they are CASH ONLY!!! Food was so delicious. Everything that we order was amazing and enormous portions. Friendly service. The only downside was that we had to wait in line for over 25 min while was 95° F outside. A lot of people were complaining for the same reason. Would be very appreciative if they change their waiting time, maybe getting people's name put in a list so we could go sit on a shadow while waiting to get in.

Great breakfast/brunch spot. I love to get what I pay for and the food portions were an eaters dream. The Kitchen Sink and Apple Pie French Toast were phenomenal! My wife is vegan and there were a few vegan options including fresh smoothies, vegan french toast and some side dishes. The service was great and the atmosphere was both lively and intimate. It's cash only but there is an ATM inside. I highly recommend this place.

Best breakfast place ever. Most courteous staff and scintillating food - in order to enjoy you need to be prepared to stand in the queue in 93°F as it is indeed a hotspot for food lovers. We got Three Egg Omelette and Velvet Pancakes. The former came with bread and roasted potatoes garnished with rosemary. It was simply outstanding. The quantity was humongous, so had to pack more than half of it. The latter was good too, but it probably serves 3 people, it was that big. The staff were brilliant and constantly checking on us. Flawless experience, I am visiting again, soon.

Let me start by saying You’d be crazy to NOT come here. This place is sooo amazing , from the Staff to the food (presentation AND taste) it is mind blowing. This place is now at the top of my list. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Philly because that’s how good it is. Waitress was super sweet and attentive. I wish I remembered her name but she gave great recommendations, we ordered French Toast w/Strawberries , Cinnabon French Toast , a side of Turkey bacon (thick slices and VERY good) , and a side of home fries with peppers and onions. As for the drinks we got the iced dirty chai latte and the crème brûlée latte both of which were AMAZING.

Disclaimer: you will need cash to pay here and you will have to wait on an average about 15 minutes. You can’t get a split checks. This is an amazing place to eat, no doubt in that. The coffee was amazing, tried chips ahoy latte and crème brûlée latte both were really nice, I can recommend those to people, however I feel it would be better if you opt for cold ahoy latte. Blueberry lemon French toast and 3 egg omelette were great. Potatoes served on side tasted fresh and tender. Atmosphere and ambiance was okay. I think it was too much of a hassle to figure out the cash situation as I don’t carry more than 20$ cash with me. Parking could be an issue and you might have to hunt for a parking spot. Has only one restrooms, so you might have to wait there as well.

CASH ONLY!!!! There is an ATM across the street if needed they told us. Cali BLT was good ,hit the right spot. Pancakes had no flavor or taste at all even with the Nutella(would not recommend at all). Steak and eggs were good with veggies on the side. It was a cozy and trendy place.....
