In the Fairmont district of Philadelphia. Stopped in Fare for Happy Hour! We ordered the Farmer’s Tonic and Fairmont Sunset cocktails. Light and mildly refreshing, but not memorable. The Fish Tacos were light, flaky and tasty. A nice sidewalk stop on a beautiful fall evening.

The delicious food, helpful and attentive service, and great atmosphere at Fare make it a must-visit if you're going out for dinner in the Fairmount area! Additionally, Fare has one of my favorite happy hours in Fairmount with a great variety of dishes and lovely unique cocktails that really pack a punch. Highly recommend it if you're around Eastern State. Also, the mushroom flatbread from here is a must, but honestly, everything on the menu here is great.

Bartender Chris, attentive and nice. Truffle fries are delicious. The sauce that comes with them, whatever it is has a nice kick to it. The beer… super cold! Just the way I like it!!!

It gets a 5/5 for food alone, really awesome dishes although some presentation was quirky (really large pepper on top of the burger bun??) Bar and Christmas decor looked cool but dining area itself was kind of plain

Super nice server, very attentive and friendly. Amazing brunch....French toast was decadent and presented beautifully. Great hollandaise for Benedict, although eggs were over poached. Good coffee, fair prices for the area. The seating was a bit tight but the atmosphere was happy and everyone looked satisfied.

We visited Fare for weekend brunch and were treated to a decent meal. I ordered the Good Morning Burger while my girlfriend ordered the Meat Omelet, one of the specials for the day. The burger came with a savory side salad while the omelet was served with potatoes. I asked for the burger to be cooked medium and, while it came out much closer to well done, it was still quite tasty. The egg on top was cooked well and complemented the burger. The omelet was tasty and the potatoes seasoned well. The servers are friendly and the service was quick. We arrived around 12:30 on a Saturday and the place was about half full. Good option if you do not want to wait to be seated at other options.

I had the joy of dining at Fare for a NYE dinner with some friends of mine. The inside was decorated for the New Year and it was overall a very cute restaurant. The food was amazing -- we got appetizers, drinks, entrees and finished the night off with dessert. I felt like the place is reasonably priced and the portions are large. I'll be back again.

Fare staff was very friendly and accommodating. Place was decorated so nice for the holidays. The flat bread pizza is what we ordered. Wow! It was 10/10!

The food here is simple, yet delicious. My lady had the brunch burger. I had the eggs Benedict. The Benedict was good. Only complaint is that the eggs were poached hard. Basically making them hard boiled eggs on top of my meal. When I come back (which I will) I'll remember to request them poached soft. The burger was delicious (I was a little jealous). Had the calamari. Pretty sure it wasn't actually squid though. I know some trade secrets in the industry, so I know when I'm eating "real" calamari. Atmosphere was nice. Very "hipster". Not my cup of tea, but I know the locals love it. Service left a little to be desired. I just wish my server was a little more attentive. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to order another round of drinks. He should've noticed the empty glasses and my impatient face (which he did as I glared at him for trying to walk past us for a third time). In the end, it's a good place to eat. Will definitely return.

the food is honestly so great! we got the zucchini chips, octopus, calamari, mussels, and branzino, and thoroughly enjoyed all of it. The outdoor patio is also nice during summer nights.

At the of our visit this was rated 4.2 which is pretty close to accurate. Service was pretty good and attentive but food was just ok. Nothing crazy good for a Sunday brunch. The drinks were quite strong and the bloody Mary was below average (I would not recomend). Street side was very nice which made the experience fun.

A friend wanted to take me out for dinner to celebrate my birthday so we came here. I chose this place because of its proximity to another event I was attending later. The reviews seemed “iffy” but the location was convenient for me, so I went with it. I called to see if I needed a reservation for that evening and was told it wasn’t necessary. I arrived around 6pm on a Thursday and the restaurant was completely empty. There were a few people at the bar but we were the only table seated the entire time we were there. This also gave me pause—I considered leaving but I’m glad I stayed. We started with the oysters and truffle fries for appetizers. Both were great choices! The oysters were fresh and served with cocktail sauce and vinegar. The fries were amazing and went perfectly with the chipotle aioli sauce. For dinner we had the lamb chops, shrimp flatbread and Caesar salad. The salad was huge, the flatbread was flavorful. The lamb was over cooked (I ordered it medium and it was mostly brown throughout) but it was seasoned well. I didn’t care for the sauce that came with it but I enjoyed the beets that I got as a side. For cocktails we tried the industry sour which was horrible and apparently gets sent back frequently, and a bourbon, ginger, maple syrup drink (I forget the name, grandmas cocktail or something) that was very tasty

Great food at a reasonable price, especially for the high quality you get. Variety of choices in terms of type of food, from seafood to Greek food, and vegetarian options available. Highly recommend their happy hour. Service is outstanding as well.

The avocado crab cakes were the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Our server was awesome. The drakkon juice drink was also incredible. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

It was so good! Very friendly staff, great drinks (a little heavy handed for my taste but my boyfriend assured me that they were all good drinks and I powered through), delicious food, and a fun, eclectic soundtrack.

The brunch burger really hit the spot; however, the Fare Bloody Mary did not quite hit the same mark. It tasted kinda watery and lacking in much rich flavor beyond spiciness. There was a good selection of accouterments to garnish the drink, though. The coffee was average, and they didn't offer any non-dairy alternatives to milk. The other menu items looked pretty tasty, though!

Nice location with outdoor seating. I was able to reserve a table same day. Food came out fast. Egg Benedict was tasty. However, the breakfast potato side was plain with not much seasoning. Overall, I recommend Fare for a nice brunch.
