Ordered a tropikale smoothie and their breakfast banh mi sandwich. Great smoothie. The sandwich was excellent but it was too spicy (jalapeño slices and i think the sauce too?) for my low spice tolerance tongue 😅, but that's a me problem. For the spice lovers you'll love it.

Nice easy place for a good morning breakfast. The computer kept on the side helps you punch the menu easily and when order is ready. You are called or served. The food I ordered was delicious. The flavours were a mix on the palette. I enjoyed. The music, the ambience is very nice. I will visit a

VERY good food and coffee. I ordered the Tumeric Elixir. I Wanted to try something different and it was REALLY GOOD. The bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was devine! Fresh and hot. Prices were reasonable and staff was kind.

The Protein Salad was delicious if not a little expensive. You know, expensive is the new cost of being in any city. BUT, worth it. I had the breakfast banh mi which was AMAZING. Packed with flavor, heat and all the classic taste of a great banh mi but on a bagel. The fruit smoothie was good as well.

So glad they moved and got more space! Cafe Square One is unmatched for healthy food in old city. Glad to see they've kept their standards and moved to a spot with more seating!

So delicious! Fabulous latte selection, and amazing breakfast sandwiches. Such nice service to top it off. Very clean too.

Food was good and the staff were nice and friendly. The restaurant is in a great location as well. A bit too much cream cheese for me, but other than that nitpick it was a really nice visit.

This place has such a varied and delicious menu for breakfast and lunch! Great lattes as well. Everything I’ve gotten here as been phenomenal and it blew my partner’s mind as well when she was visiting. Delicious
