Huge thanks to the kind gentleman at Rival Brothers for giving me a cup of ice water. I was very overheated and dizzy after my morning run and forgot to bring cash to buy a bottle of water. I wouldn't have made it home without your kindness.

The locations are all beautiful. The drinks are delicious. They offer both savory and sweet snacks. (Try a frozen coffee pop in the summer!) The staff are all lovely (and play great music). What more could you ask for?

Awesome place. Free cup of brewed coffee when you purchase their hand-crafted beans! This coffee is so rich & complex it's similar to drinking wine.

The Derringer is the perfect coffee drink! They also have delicious pastries that I have not seen elsewhere. I wish there was a Rival Bros. here in Geneva...

The best coffee I have ever had. The Tea cakes and rum raisin sticky buns are UN-"Rival"-ed. Luckily, my son's school is close, so I get to stop by every day.

I tried the Whistle and Cuss out of the Rival Bros Truck back 2013, and I've been hooked since! I live in Delaware and have a 1lb bag delivered each month. It's not enough, so it's my weekend treat coffee! It's brewed consistently and always arrives on time freshly roasted! So glad to have stumbled upon that truck!!!

Cozy space with indoor and outdoor seating options in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly vibes and warm ambience. Their hot mocha was perfect for a rainy Sunday evening! Will definitely visit again to try some of the baked goods.

Great neighborhood coffee house! I've purchased Rival Bros beans from Whole Foods, but was in the city today and wanted to try one of their two South Philly cafes. It was smaller than I expected but very cozy. Easy parking on a Saturday afternoon. The coffee was very good and cheap! I pay about $2 more per drink at my local coffee shop in Bucks County. They don't even charge extra for flavors in a latte which is unheard of. I had a hot brown sugar latte and my wife had the same thing iced. Both were good, but the iced version was out of this world! Well done, guys.

Nice coffee shop near Rittenhouse Square and not far from the Schuykill River. That’s all amongst the community homes right on Lombard Street, I’m sure the space is a neighborhood favorite. We were lucky to pass by when they weren’t too busy and grabbed some fresh roasted cups of hot Joe. Great service from the baristas and the coffee was delicious.

Fabulous little neighborhood coffee shop. One of my favorite ones in town. If you'd like a seat, you probably should go early, as this place fills up fast and people tend to occupy their seats long. The goodies they have are also fantastic. Overall, can't recommend enough!

Cute coffee shop-can get crowded when ordering-a few tables and chairs outside-a lovely indoor seating area with music-and a great pour over.

Wonderful local coffee spot! The coffee is always up to par and great service. Plus the ricotta toast keeps me coming back and they always have a stellar playlist on.

Iced Matcha Latte + Chocolate croissant on a Monday morning, seating full inside but a few empty seats outside (which was fine in the shade, the residential neighborhood probably usually pretty quiet but today there was loud construction/drilling sounds on the street). The latte tasted a little watery but I’d be happy to come again to try their house baked bread or maybe peanut butter toast.

Great shop, great staff, great coffee. The only thing is, I wish it was a bigger space. But especially if you're just stopping by to grab a cup and go, this is the best shop in the immediate area.

Small space but lots of seating available on a weekday morning when I strolled in. Got a cup o drip when I bought a bag of coffee! I bought the Guatemalan “women of asprocdegua” bag and have been enjoying it! I strive to buy coffee that prioritizes growers/farmworkers and transparency so this bag was my choice. Even more transparency on farmworker pay would be interesting to see !! Thanks!

Approachable, down to earth baristas who seem to really care about their presence and their coffee, as they should because it is dang good. Sweet and smooth espresso, available in a well rounded blend as well as a rotating single origin option. The badass matte black La Marzocco espresso machine is a beautiful beast. Be sure to marvel in its awesomeness while you wait for your caffeine fix.

I first had their coffee by staying at a BnB just outside of Gettysburg. Loved it there, and was not dissappointed by the source either. You can get the frilly bean, and all the cold stuff, but for a straight up good cup of coffee, get Revolver.
