If they’re not open a year after the fire they’ll never be open. Obviously no insurance on the business. Tired of the false hopes of them reopening. Let it go and hold onto the memories of their great pretzels.

Best Pretzels in Philly... Hell, the whole area anywhere outside the city. Small, long-time family owned business that works hard and does good by their customers. The have been hit with a one-two punch due to the pandemic and an electrical fire in their facility that is temporarily keeping them closed, but they continually keep their customers apprised of the repair progress via socials and I for one am waiting anxiously for their re-opening. When they are back up, I highly recommend them. If you aren't from the area, or are a local relocated out-of-town, grab them on Goldbelly when they are back to baking. You can't find a better pretzel at one of "those other" places and you certainly can't give your business to a more deserving establishment and family. (Buy a case and make "pizza pretzels" you won't regret it)

Best pretzels around. My grandfather would buy these and bring them back home to Virginia. I’ve made the trip just for pretzels a few times. The family that run the business are so kind and flexible with call ahead orders as well! Also hoping the renovations after the fire will be done soon! I’ve been craving these pretzels!

The best there is. My colleagues love when i bring a bag of hot pretzels into the office to share. Any update on reopen date?

Put simply, these are the best pretzels I've ever had. And they're nice people too—once I was delayed and called by after they'd closed, but they saw me and let me in! It was so terrible to hear about the fire—I can't wait for them to open up again!

My favorite Philly pretzels, no question. If I will be anywhere in the vicinity, I plan my trip around a stop here (which can be difficult with the odd hours). They use only a few ingredients (just water, flour, yeast; compared to Philly Pretzel Factory's whopping 15 ingredients), and as such they harden quickly. If you're buying extra, stick some in the freezer - they reheat well. I always recommend this place to people.

$4 for dozen warm fresh out of the oven pretzels. Still the best. If you found this review useful, please hit the "thumbs up" icon below so that I continue post more helpful reviews. Thanks!
