Their signature guacamole is excellent! The strawberries and pineapples were a delightful addition to it. I had the chicken tacos and my best friend had their crabmeat stuffed salmon. We both enjoyed our dinners. This is the only place that I know of that serves French press coffee... I was quite impressed. Overall, wonderful ambiance and service. I definitely recommend that anyone check it out while in Philly... I'll be back!

What a Happy Accident we had when we stumbled upon this hidden Gem of a Mexican Restaurant!
Walking about Philadelphia with my adult kids in town for a visit, we found Xochitl and decided to check them out. I can say that everything from the pleasant greeting we received, the excellent service, and the exquisite food, that this is by far one of the best Mexican Restaurants we've ever experienced!
Fantastic Ahi Tuna Ceviche, Multiple Gourmet Taco & Enchilada selections, Great Flatbreads, and Custom MARGARITA'S made this a perfect night out with my family. When 7 people all exclaim how great their food was, you know it's a Hit!
Guac was amazing, blood orange margaritas were amazing, and our tacos were so fun that we had to eat them with a fork! Would definitely come back!! Only downfall is that the drinks are price for it's size!
The bartender is amazing, he was basically running the bar, hosting and serving all by himself! He's the real MVP. �

First time there and everything was fantastic. I wish I could have tried everything on the menu.

Real Mexican food. People choice guacamole sounded odd but so good. Drinks we got margaritas perfectly mixed. I had tacos and my husband had the enchiladas both were amazing. I usually never get tacos at a restaurant because I think it won't be enough food, this was enough, we both left stuffed and no room for dessert. Waiter was very kind. Will recommend to anyone in the area.
the cook on the shrimp was amazing. whoever was on grill was superb. loved the tres leches cake dense yet flavorful and not too sweet. i had gone for restaurant week. the dressing on the salad was spicy which was good. the salmon was amazing. chorizo tacos was meh couldn't really taste it tasted more of the other meat.
I visited on my Birthday and I did enjoy the food along with the service. I recommend the guacamole to start, taste so fresh and is made to order. You have options of what you want in your guacamole. The short rib tacos were delish. The Ultimate Margarita pairs nicely lol, along with the churros!
Simply put, EVERYTHING on the menu is made FRESH! Hands down best tacos in Philly 👐🌮🔔(and I have had many, many tacos from all over the city). More than just meat in a tortilla~ Delicious layers of textures and flavors 😋 OH, and btw, NO soggy tortillas! Savory juices served on the side for convenient dipping 🌮🥑Guacamole is made to order with your choice of veggies to add (or exclude for picky eaters)! I highly recommend the prickly pear margaritas~ They juice the prickly pears themselves 🍹😯 Great service. Nice staff. Head House Square, right above South Street.
Absolutely excellent gourmet mexican food restaurant! The service was wonderful and we got to eatoutside right on the street ! The entire experience truly made us feel like we were in some European country eating outside on the cobblestone streets!
Went on a Sunday night so it was quiet and not too busy. I had the spicy brisket tacos and yucca fries (the fries were spicier than the tacos) and they both were very good. The margaritas were small for the price but very tasty. Cute place with excellent/fast service. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect place in Philly for Mexican food and drinks. The Guacamole and Fish/Shrimp tacos are amazing. We love the surprise Tequila and Mezcal drinks that Kabila makes for us. This is the perfect place for date night or just starting off your night in Philadelphia before seeing Elton John.

Birria tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had.
We made reservations for the wrong day at another restaurant (womp womp) so we walked around and stumbled upon this amazing spot!
We had the crispy shrimp tacos and the birria tacos, and they were both delicious!!
We also had the blood orange margarita and that was amazing, as well.
Overall, one of our new favorites spots and we will definitely be back!
The food was good, the drinks had entirely too much icing them especially for the price. Guacamole is fantastic and came out quick. I think they could use an additional server or two because it seemed that one person was doing too many tables. Great unique dishes and great flavors though. I'd go back.
Amazing food and we had an exceptionally friendly server helped us. Portions were big and unbelievably delicious. Went there on a spur of the moment decision and don't regret it at all. Highly recommend checking it out!
Had an incredible time! The whole staff was great and very helpful. The drinks were fantastic and the food was phenomenal. Ian was one of our servers and they rock!!! So happy to have found the place. Also a great spot for outdoor dining in any weather conditions!
We came for the first time for a casual light supper and we’re quite pleased! We sat outdoor on a beautiful night. The meal started with margs that were delicious followed by signature guacamole with strawberries and pomegranate. For dinner we had the salmon tacos and carnitas tacos, both very tasty and fresh. The meal was a bit pricey, but for a nice dinner out, acceptable. We will come again.
Excellent margaritas (not watered down, not to sweet), great service, very nice ambiance, delicious guacamole that you can customize made fresh all the time. The tacos are quite hefty and tasty. There is also have some unique choices of entree.
